I don't think my property even went onto the market, Georgia went to look at the place to value and met a potential buyer in the hallway, and within 24 hours the place was sold for almost asking price. Incredible, and after having experience with 4 other agents in Cowes, there is nobody as good and personal as the team at Waterside. I highly recommend that you use this company to sell (or let) your property.
