Megan baker made buying our first house stress free. Anne showed us around the house and gave us all the recommendations we needed. They were not pushy at all, Anne gave us plenty of time and had a calming presence. She always answered the phone and was very welcoming. I would highly recommend using Megan Baker they made whole process very simple :).

We are so pleased that we engaged Megan Baker to market our home.
Of the 3 Agents we approached, they were the ones that had clearly prepared for the initial meeting.
Anne gave us confidence in the ability of Megan Baker to showcase our home and find the right buyer. She also assured us that we would be supported by them throughout the process, reducing the burden on us as much as possible.
This promise has turned out to be correct. Megan, Anne and Jennifer are just the friendliest, and such an effective team. Each of them have kept us informed, assisted us, guided us and reassured us on on regular basis.
Having moved home many times over the past 40 years, we have never had such an effective Estate Agent as Megan Baker. They are simply the best.

We sold our house through MBEA. We got straightforward honest service from start to finish. Their photography and presentation was second to none, with thorough proofing.
They gave as much feedback as they had after each viewing and were exceptionally flexible in accomodating the viewing requests.
When the sale was going through they continued their helpful support and massively reduced the stress.
Would unhesitatingly recommend!
