I can’t praise Hose Rhodes and Dickson enough, we had never sold a property before and had no idea of procedures. The staff were brilliant and held our hands the whole way through, we could always count on them for help whatever questions we had. The process went very smoothly. This was a second home and living on the mainland meant we had to have a trusted agent, Hose Rose came recommended and didn’t disappoint.

After accepting the offer that was placed. Waited 2 months was really looking forward to moving in and then was told that it’s going back on the market and the owners was hoping they could get more than what was offered this was after accepting the offer and 2 months later all hopes were lost which I think is not good customer service as I work dealing with customers myself. All trust had been lost.
