13th May 2021 (5 years ago)Nice to see how the other half live, Cowes on the Isle of Wight is a lovely seaside town with great and interesting shopping lanes olde world and ultra modern all mixed together, perfect especially if you like boats and great food.

17th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)First time buying and had no clue what to expect from the first house visit. Toby was helpful straight away by also showing us a second property which he thought would be suitable. We ended up going for this home! Nothing went smoothly due to our solicitors but Toby always helped up and reassured us! He was a great help to have! When he was off anything we needed Jamie was also there to help.<br>Overall great experience and would recommend them to anyone! Super professional and friendly!
6th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)No contact for over a month after going on market. No feedback when viewers shown around. I decided to show people around myself. Continual calls from their solicitor stating I needed to pay them £25 deposit because of the type of contract I’d signed. This was wrong and not resolved in the 12 weeks we had the house up for sale. I decided to take the house off the market as I did not want to get involved in a sale with such a poor company. Such a poor experience, we have decided to leave selling the house for at least a year.
