From our very first encounter with Nathan we knew we would be in great hands.
Our property sold the very first open day, which is amazing considering the current market. When our original purchase with a different agent fell through, the Cowes team quickly assisted us.

With the emphasis currently being on resourcing available properties, the quality of service and time given to prospective buyers has dwindled.
However, Maria Gregory (Senior Negotiator) still offers a quality service through efficiency and being proactive. If Maria doesn't know she finds out and her manner and honest support has been very refreshing. Whilst others forget, Maria is intelligent in recognising that today's Buyer is tomorrow's Seller. We have recently purchased our lovely cottage with the help of Shonaigh and her team. Shonaigh’s support and professionalism throughout the purchase was so highly appreciated. If you're asking who to sell with, don't. Just use Pittis. I bought my house through them and they were great and now I've sold my house through them and I couldn't be happier. Nothing was too much trouble, they chased for me and minimised the stress for me (as a new Mum and worrier; this was a massive relief). The team are all friendly and they all knew what was going on with my sale, even if I didn't get through to who usually dealt with it. They genuinely care about you as a person and are not just in it for the money. They have helpful and easy to use systems and even valued the house via video call. They really went over and above. I feel like I've actually made a real friend in Shonaigh in particular, who is just the kindest, most thoughtful and hardworking person. I would recommend Pittis to anyone and if I ever move again, there'll be no question of who I go to. I've had to deal with others in the process of viewing and purchasing a new house and quite simply they just highlighted how excellent the service was with Pittis. You all work together and get a happy outcome for everyone. There was never any pressure and my never-ending queries were always met with enthusiasm and answered promptly. Thank you all so much for your help. You deserve a medal for putting up with me! You have helped my family so very much, we've now got a family home we can stay in for decades. Well where do I start.....All the staff at Pittis have been absolutely amazing through our whole selling/purchasing process, Shonaigh is exceptional????.. She is Never to busy to speak with me.
Our sale/purchase hasnt been easy due to having lost my confidence with another agent. But Shonaigh installed my confidence again by being amazingly productive and going above and beyond to help us secure the house of our dreams! I honestly would not ever use anyone else if I was to ever move again I would recommend 100%.
Shonaigh you are amazing and we just can't thank you and your wonderful team enough!
