I arranged for Wayne to come round and view my flat for a valuation. He came round and all seemingly went well. He said he would need a few days to put this valuation together. He never replied to me and ignored my polite follow up emails. Perhaps my flat wouldn't have earned him enough money for the effort but would have been polite/professional for him to explain his lack of response.

Very poor customer service.
I was asked if I would like to arrange a viewing. I confirmed I would, but then heard nothing.
After days with no reply I decided to chase.
I explained I was disappointed with the slow response.
Because of this they went on to be rude and insulting.
I hope others are treated with more care and attention than I was.

I was recommended wwpc by my brother for their professionalism and excellent catalogue of rental properties.
I've been renting one of their apartments for 5 months now and only have good things to say.
They have quick responses and always happy to help which is all you can ask for from an agency.
Would definitely recommend to friends.

I've rented my flat from WWPC for the last two-and-a-half years and have only positive things to say. Any queries are answered pretty much straight away and on the occasions where any maintenance is required, they've always managed to sort out a visit within hours of the issue first being raised.
When it comes to dealing with Wayne and the team, I've always found them to be the perfect mix of professional and personable. Renting a flat in London can traditionally be a bit of a minefield but I definitely feel like I've got lucky here! Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of doing business with them.
