Enfields have been brilliant. They have been truly outstanding in their communication and they have done everything that they promised in accordance within the time scales laid out. The staff have all been friendly, approachable and professional which has been very much appreciated. The house went on the market on a Monday and was sold by the following Monday for above the asking price. What more could you ask?!

Very professional,since I moved here and I had issues with the property all my calls to Enfields was successful,staff very kind and helpful and they never left me wait ,I have dealt with Kate the property manager,so many times and she was there for me all the time ,sorting all my issues out with professionalism,she is very kind and helpful,I would recommend to all my friends to work with Enfields,the best estate agency I was in contact with,Kate ,you are the best ,thank you for everything you have done to help me !!

This branch is Closed and Enfields refuse to remove it from Google and even their own website.
They only have one branch left in the Bournemouth which is in Winton, and this is like so many of the local agents where there poor service and lack of respect for customers is clear and they are on the decline.
Karma has caught up with this joke agency, which is built on smoke and mirrors.
Stay away.

Very bad maintenance service, No hot water in the property. we were suffering without hot water with very young children.They have sent their contractor and reported to the landlord was no fault in the systems..... both given unacceptable feedback to the Landlord.
Hope they have nice warm house and hot water from tap when need!!!!!!!!! not like us with kettle every time we need some.

I recently bought a property through Enfields (completed today!) and have been very impressed with their level of service. From the initial viewing to completion they have been extremely professional and reliable. I was given a named contact at the start of the process and Freya has been excellent - pushing both sets of solicitors and really driving the process forward. She really kept me in the loop which was much appreciated as it meant I did not have to chase her for information.

My sisters and I recently secured a student property with Enfields. In my three years of looking for students properties with other estate agents, I have never received such a helpful and friendly service, especially from our agent Megan. She was very attentive, understanding about the needs of a student, which is often neglected by other estate agents and willing to help us secure the right property in such short notice. We were pleased with the outcome and will recommend Enfields to other students!

A big thank you to Enfields who successfully sold our flat. We were extremely pleased with them throughout the whole process and can't thank them enough for all their help and support.
We dealt primarily with Jonathon, Charlotte and Freya, who were all fantastic. At our initial meeting, Jonathon really took the time to explain how Enfields would go about marketing the property and remained on-hand throughout the whole process. Charlotte then quickly found us a reliable buyer for the property - we loved both her enthusiasm and how positive she was. Freya was our sales Progressor and was absolutely fantastic. She was always so friendly and called with regular updates to let us know how things were moving along. She was always contactable if we needed any advice or had any questions.
Having previously had an awful experience with a large corporate Estate Agency, Enfields really turned things around for us and we will definitely be using them again if we decide to move in the future.
Although we dealt primarily with Jonathon, Charlotte and Freya, we found the whole team to be extremely enthusiastic and helpful.

It has been a pleasure to deal with your team.
They have all worked really hard to sell our property, and they are a credit to you. Especial thanks to Charlotte, who tried so hard and phoned me regularly to keep me up to date. She was, or is , relentlessly positive. In fact you all give that air of positivity to your customers. Will has been unfailingly cheerful and did a great job. Freya, has been a tonic, and has done things to help, phoning solicitors and keeping things moving, all of which have been a massive help. I think of her as 'friendly Freya', always sounds as though she is smiling! Again her regular calls were much appreciated.
So thank you everyone. I'm really impressed with your teamwork and efficiency. We bought and sold the house with you and if we ever need an estate agent in this area we will be back.
