The service from them is very professional, the lettings team have great empathy with both landlord and tenant which I much appreciate. We viewed a house through this company last year, we actually then booked a second viewing.... but after not getting a phone call or asking for any feedback after that viewing, they may well have cost their vendors a sale. Their communication was poor throughout, and they didn't seem very professional to me. Wouldn't use if I was selling my house.... Read more
