I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell their property. Rarely will you come across someone who genuinely cares that the whole process runs as smoothly as possible and that you are looked after throughout. If only every estate agent were like this!

From our first contact with Greg through to viewings etc Lucy and Will have always been most helpful. We would like to make a special mention for Katie Walters who has gone out of her way to do whatever she can to speed up the selling process in order for us, hopefully, to purchase our next property.

12th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)We brought a house from crane and co and they really were a great team, they were amazing at always updating us and pushing on the sale when it needed to be done. We worked a lot with Danny and if it wasn’t for him I don’t think the sale would’ve happened! Everytime I phoned crane and Co up they would also pick up the phone and the whole team was very friendly and would try and answer any queries! I would definitely recommend buying and selling through this company!

20th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)The service from the agency was like no other agency that I have personally worked with over the years. We are so happy with Ally and that she gave us a chance and even called us back 2 months after the actual viewing. At first landlord decided to go with another tenant before us but apparently tenant changed his mind and we did get it thanks to Ally! We’re really impressed professional they were always answered the phone fast,called back and answered any questions etc. It’s the first time i’m saying this but I recommend this agency. Thanks guys. 18th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)By all means, do view your desired property with Cubitt and West. They have some nice, helpful, people working with them who were extremely accommodating. Sadly, our experience was ruined by the sale process, where their recommended conveyancer (DC Law), with whom they claimed to have a very close business relationship, turned out to be totally incompetent and irresponsible. Moreover, the Sales Progressor from Cubitt and West only served to disrupt communications, confuse the process and be highly dismissive when we tried to express how we wanted to proceed. This resulted in consequential losses of thousands of pounds and a lot of unnecessary distress. My recommendation, therefore, is to arrange your own legal advice, and block out the Sales Progressor from the process entirely. Block their email address and phone number if you need to! You will be much better off and have far more control over the process, as ours seemed to only be interested in cashing in their commission.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. Thomas knew exactly what we wanted/needed in a home. Francis gave us updates weekly, daily towards exchange and completion. Also a big Thank You to Adele too. We are in our forever home and it's all Thanks to Thomas and his team.
