Absolutely terrible service, don’t know what they are doing, push you to the point where you get frustrated with them, then they use that as a reason to be rude on the phone. Advert said communal parking…..now being told it’s allocated, which is fine but the lady was very rude about it. Had to chase the inventory twice a week for a month…. Then it said a window was working that was not…. Before we rented the building we were promised someone would contact us to repair a hole in the wall….guess what NOTHING had happened. I will not be using this company again it’s just the worst... Read more

Dreadful Estate Agent. Overpaid for the poor service received. When listed all we weren’t happy about, including witnessing one of their negotiators leaving people viewing our property in the bungalow UNATTENDED whilst they showed others the garage, and asked for a reduction in the fee we were point blank refused…they may have good reviews on here but check Feefo they have 50% ONE STAR reviews!!! Freeman Forman in Heathfield has been great. We had the pleasure of working with Katie, who's been amazing from start to finish. She was very prompt in responding to queries, always providing us updates (which can be rare, especially as buyers) overall, very professional and lovely. I also really appreciated the buying process, and the company didn't want to create a bidding war that could become a bit ugly and take away the excitement.
