You have a very slim chance of an agent actually attending a property viewing. They will book in the appointment, not turn up and not answer the phone to help. Avoid these people at all costs.... Read more

Reported an issue to Wildhart regarding the driveway being in a awful state multiple times and wasn't dealt with. They deliver shingles to the driveway and have no where near enough. It has been sitting there for 2 weeks with no update or someone to sort it. The plastic ground cover is ripping up and there is no accountability. Do not recommend.... Read more

Since Mollie and Sophie (wildheart) have taken over the management of the estate, things are getting sorted out. One of the biggest issues over the 9 years that I lived on the estate was the state of the binstore . They have found the right contractors to keep the area clean consistently. Even the neighbours have complimented on the level service and how it’s much better now. This was an ongoing battle for years. Communication with Mollie has been brilliant, my queries have been responded to very quickly and both Mollie and Sophie have been super helpful; which makes them an asset to the company. I recently came out of a 12 month rental with Wildheart at East Float Quay, Wallasey. I dealt with Shannon initially who was absolutely awful. I was met with an attitude, delayed responses or no response at all, and rejection of a complaint about defective heating. She stated that people had been into the apartment without permission and told her that I was lying about the issues…completely false and also against procedure for a visit. I then took this to Matt, one of the managers. He was unorganised and would make a point of saying he would of forgot about meetings if I hadn’t of called- fantastic! I have vacated a property where the heating does not seem to fulfil the size of the property, but unless the council install heating through a grant it won’t be changed. The windows and doorframes are cracked and let in rain and wind (again still not fixed months later). This was discovered when the window cleaner came and water poured through the window and down the blinds! At the time of vacating the property this was still not fixed. I feel so sorry for whoever has moved in after me. I had an inspection by Dave regarding the heating who stated a structural engineer should come out and assess the space in relation to the heating. He stated that my property manager Shannon was ‘there to serve me’ when I expressed concerns about her responses. Highly unprofessional and derogatory way to speak about a colleague…despite there being some truth in that. I was then told that such conversation about an engineer didn’t happen. I have dealt with a clothes moth infestation which was in the property when I moved in (unbeknown until I’d moved in) then told it was my fault, despite pest control confirming it was a long standing issue. I have had an electrical fault which was described by the electrician as ‘a mini fire’ and had to argue my case to have the electrician sent out in the first place. I was advised to ‘change a lightbulb’ several times and told its normal for a switch board to trip and electrics to bang. If you want to be made to feel small and insignificant by a condescending jobsworth in an office then I suggest using this agency. If you want any sort of professionalism, support, empathy, resolve, communication, reliability, trust or a decent property then I suggest you give this a massive miss!! Booked a viewing with them for a flat in London at 10am. Due to traffic (it took me 2.30min to drive from Essex to view the property), at 9.20am I realized I would be slightly late and called asking to push the viewing to 10.30am, the man who I spoke with on the phone confirmed with his colleagues and assured me that wouldn’t be an issue. I reached the property at 10.15am and rang the bell, no answer. Tried again at 10.30am as agreed on the phone, no answer. Called them at 10.50am to check in if they were late, a woman picked up and said they had left the property as they waited for 10min after the 10am appointment and left as I never showed up. I never left the front of the property while waiting. Offered to rebook the viewing but I don’t want to waste more time, took time off work and drove 2.30h as mentioned above for nothing. Would recommend staying away. The start felt great as the sales process was fast and reposinive but once you move in just goes down hill. The company can't even fulfill their contract , I agreed to parking and a 2 bedroom (only agreed as need parking), I've been at the property over a month and still not recieved access to my parking space, took them a month just to give us a second fob to access the building so my partner could leave when I'm not home , partner has been forced to wait outside sometimes for someone to let her as codes on doors also don't work. I'm still waiting for my parking space and they couldn't even give me an alternative one, so I've been having to source one myself which is running my costs up higher and higher. They just refuse to help and say we working in getting a fob to access parking. Shouldn't be advertising a property with parking if you can't recieve it. Never had issues like this while renting before so I'd say look at another company ASAP.... Read more

Awful service. I contacted them about viewing a property to rent. They informed me that they didn't have the keys for the property but would do after 1 or 2 days so took my contact details. They said that's what they have been doing with everyone and they would be contacting everyone to book a viewing when they had them. After 2 days had passed I contacted them to enquire what was going on as the apartment had been taken off all search engines. I was then informed it will of been viewed and let agreed. So they didn't even bother to offer a viewing to everyone as they said they would. Absolute timewasters, shocking company.... Read more

I live in property managed by WildHeart. They have well defined process starting from letting, contract, moving-in and maintenance of the property. They are quick in response and addressing the concerns. No property is trouble free but the kind of support and response time we get from WildHeart is amazing. They go out of way to help the residents. This quick response time and intend to help the residents gives an edge to WildHeart. Wildheart have recently taken over my building management from Pembroke and I can honestly say that the difference is night and day. Wildheart are on it, keep promises and visit site to talk to residents. They are inclusive and treat you like a person, a customer and not a revenue source to be milked and left. Bev speaks plainly and gets the job done. I honestly wanted to sell my flat and home of 7 years whilst it was under the ‘care’ of Pembroke property management, they are truly truly dire!!! but now I have renewed faith and who knows I may actually stay here. My findings so far are only positive ones and I truly speak as I find. Thank you Bev, you’re a credit and a breath of fresh air! ???? long May it continue ????... Read more
