We had a really good experience with the Personal Agent (Ewell) for a second time in the last few years, having bought the property from them originally.
They put our house on the market at exactly the right time and quickly handled viewings and enquiries. They navigated us through a very difficult selling process - our buyers were very "challenging" but we felt very supported and looked after by the PA team. I'd particularly like to mention Paul who was fantastic, but also Anna, Miles, Ben and Frank who also were enormously helpful.
The Personal Agent have a very good reputation in the area and for very good reason. House buying/selling is a stressful experience and the PA team are exactly what someone needs to get through it in the best way possible. I thoroughly recommend them.

Have been trying to pen down the most uncomfortable experience I’ve had with The personal agent- everything started on best note, everyone being so attentive towards what our requirements were and they managed to have us as their customer.
What happened during the entire house buying process was very ill. There were issues about the property that the sellers knew and so did the agents but since the sellers had an onward chain, the agents started pressing on early completion saying the seller is heavily pregnant and so on. The house sale previously fell and the justification we were provided was due to buyers docs not right. There are so many issues with the property now and I’m left helpless. What I felt was my dream house has left me feel worried.
Please donot trust these guys.
Never did one of guys responded to the calls, multiple people answered and handled the communications. Paul, Ben, Anna all were looking through it and did not accommodate any of our requests.
We were not even allowed a second visit to the property. I know we should have been careful and sceptical after this move of theirs, but we being first time buyers and liking the home as what is looked like, fell hard for it.
They agreed to get place cleaned, but there is a lot of garbage left in the garden till date.
My concern is not what’s happening to us but more of as of customer service they could just be honest and loyal to the buyers as well. It’s no joke listing properties of such huge amount if you are unable to be true to both parties.

Paul was very efficient and made selling my Mum's house very easy. His advice on price was spot on and we sold the day after it was put on the market. We have now exchanged with no hitches at all due, I am sure, to Paul's advise on who were serious buyers. A fantastic experience. Thank you!
