Here are a few reasons why we are so happy with Mark Anthony Estate agents: 1- Honesty Right from the start, Mark was honest about the value of our house and the market in which we were selling to. This helped us manage all expectations for what we could get for the property, how long we might be waiting to sell and the type of clients we would attract. 2- Due diligence Every potential buyer was fully vetted and questioned to ensure each viewing had the a real potential of converting into a sale. Given the stamp duty time pressure they made sure each viewer was in the best possible position to move quickly 3 - Responsive This was the first time we have sold a house and as you can imagine many questions kept arising throughout the process. Mark and team were always on hand and more than happy to assist with questions (however basic they were) to give us peace of mind and reassurance we were still on track. After trying unsuccessfully to sell our house with a different estate agent in the lead up to Brexit . We turned to Mark Anthony Estate agent. Up till then most Estate agents we had visited, appeared very pushy sales people only interested in getting your house on their books and getting your money. Not interested in their clients or the art of actually selling your property. Mark Anthony estate agents are in the business of selling houses but for my wife and I, they were different. Not only do they care about their clients, they know what they are doing. They looked at each room in our house and gave us a list of items to move change or remove in order to show the rooms and the house in its best light. At no point were they pushy and instead suggested ideas they felt would work better while still being sensitive to the fact the house was still our home. They gave us time to make these changes if we wanted to, or worked with us on alternative ideas. Once we were ready a profession photographer was brought in to take some great pictures of the house. An avert and broucher was then put together and given to my wife and I to check and the house went on the market. The housing market was in a very difficult place and nothing seemed to be moving. However, within weeks we had a buyer and the sale was agreed. Mark Anthony and their service did not end there. They helped and worked with us and our buyer all the way through to completion. There really know what they are doing and care about the work they do and there clients. I wish all estate agents took as much pride in there work and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends, family or strangers :-) Well done to all the staff at Mark Anthony estate agents and thank you.... In Feb 2016 acting as Power of Attorney for an old lady of 94 that I believed was going in to care I approached Mark Antony Estate Agents for a valuation of her bungalow. The agent came round promptly and spent time discussing the situation and giving me advice. As it turned out the lady in question returned home, but the Agency kept in touch at regular intervals. In February 2018 the lady did indeed go into care and I contacted Mark Antony to revalue the property. Since placing it on the market in May this year the Agency has been totally professional, helpful, courteous and ultimately achieved a better-than anticipated price with completion in mid-October.
