I don’t normally leave reviews, however on this occasion I felt that I had to due to the extremely high level of professionalism, customer service and effort displayed by Tracey And Daz, who I felt always went above the call of duty to make me feel comfortable or resolving any repair issues, I feel they are both an absolute asset to your company and should be highly recognised for that fact. I would also like to recognise Alice who was always at hand to swiftly resolve any questions or queries I might have, and would keep me informed of progress. So that being said thank you Alice, you are a credit to Wildheart. Last but not least the whole team at wildheart, absolutely fantastic and well done. I would definitely recommend you

I see the responses of wildheart to others who have shared their concerns about cladding which are 1. Patronising and 2. Dismissive of a national issue. As others are unable to respond to wildhearts rude response it's fair to say that 1. It is not the responsibility of lease holders to find block management solutions but as wildheart have asked so eloquently and kindly below for solutions perhaps solutions that don't involve long drawn out legal procedures , revisiting the original planning applications to seek removal of the offending cladding, faster engagement with lease holders might be a start. The fire happened in 2019 and here we are in 2021 no further advanced

Poor management company. Refuses to resolve cladding issue on our block and seeks long drawn out and costly approaches rather than cheap and straightforward options for lease holders. It's damaging everyone's mental health but they don't care

The worse ever experience I had in my life as a tenant is with Wildheart letting agency. The amount of stress and mental damaged! yes mental damage since I do not feel like a normal person anymore as a result of stress they have given me from the very first day of my tenancy agreement. I feel being fooled by trusting their empty promises. It has been 8 months and I am still begging for a simple repair in my kitchen. Month after month I am waiting for their empty promises to happen.They scar me for my life.

Only interested in getting as much money out of tenants as possible. They deduct the same £120 cleaning fee from deposits regardless of how clean you leave the property and will deduct further amounts for pretty much anything and everything.

After having a flooded flat that was deemed to be a ‘closed matter’ with no action having been taking and damage to a number of my own personal items, we then struggled for 2 months to get our deposits back as Wildheart had ‘stopped managing the property’ but still remained responsible for the returning of our deposit. Only returned it once legal action was threatened.

Absolutely terrible service. Roof collapsed within our building and it has been like the attached picture for over six months. Nobody seems bothered to help, took the complaint all the way to the top to Simon Halls (Company Director) who said "he didn't think my last email needed a response". Refused to offer compensation or sort issue in a reasonable time frame. String of errors of my three year tenancy - I would certainly move but I can't due to constraints with work. Recently, a contractor was allowed access to my property after we mutually agreed a suitable date. They entered the day before without permission, trampling muddy boots into a valued rug before using the toilet and leaving the lights on in the apartment for over ten hours! When things go wrong, nobody seems bothered, the only asset to Wildheart is Alice South who is superb. All other staff seem disinterested in resolving tenant issues. I would certainly stress to avoid Wildheart if looking for a good lettings agent in the area of Nottingham.

Rung up to arrange a viewing of a vacant new build property. Felt like I had to jump through several hoops before they would discuss what dates they could do. Advised I work 6 days a week. They could not offer a viewing at any time of the day on a Wednesday. Woman on the phone was quite blunt and un-accommodating. No wonder these have been on the market for ages...

Had a problem with a leaky tap which was causing significant amounts of water to build up on the workbench in the kitchen. Contacted Alice and the issue was resolved and the tap replaced within 2 days. Problem solved, quick and easy!

Terrible experience. As a tenant, I wouldn't dream of using wildheart. Applied grotesque deductions from the deposit (including over £100 for a dip in an already dipped bed, and charged for pre-agreed curtain rails). This is in spite of the fact that there were significant problems that weren't properly addressed e.g. lack of access to running water. They breached criminal law by failing to supply us with the landlord's contact information, and after acknowledging that they had done this, made no attempt at reparations. I don't believe that this company have any interest in their tenants at all. I believe that they are purely interested in making money, no matter what the cost. Simply unethical!

Tried to arrange a viewing of a Nottingham flat for this weekend. The lettings receptionist was only interested in what my husband's salary was, whether he had any ccj's and then didn't bother to call back to confirm any viewing times. Appalling service!!

Their checks for both parties involved were reassuringly comprehensive, staff were helpful and they ensured several little niggly issues (highlighted by the agent) were rectified before I moved in. Best experience I have ever had with an agency. I thoroughly recommend them

As a tenant it is difficult to see what more I could have expected from a tenancy company. Staff are helpful, easy to get hold of on the whole, polite and reassuring. As with all such organisations, occasional added 'fees' feel extortionate but the service is good, tenants' security and peace of mind feels like a priority and my personal experience has been positive.
