WARNING TO SUBCONTRACTORS - AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Exactly a month ago, we came out to open and replace the locks on one of their tenant's property, as instructed by Rachael. Since then, we have been assured by Rachael that our invoice is being processed and will be paid soon. A month after the job, and after they received our invoice, I finally get through to Guy Barlow, who is supposedly dealing with this now. This is when he decided to tell me that he's disputing the invoice, on the grounds of the prices being too high (which was all approved when we were doing the job), and that he could have done it himself in 15 minutes. When asked why we weren't told a month ago about all these issues they now have with the job, Guy rudely changed the subject or tried to shift the blame on us. Overall him and Rachael, have been nothing but rude and patronising towards us, while blatantly lying to us over the past month. Looks like they will use anything to avoid paying up.... Read more
