Latchkey & Vault valued my property, although it was values less than other local agents, they had a clear and precise local knowledge, explaining their valuation methods and the marketing strategies. I decided to go ahead with them, they advertised my property, showed some buyers around, and had an offer on the property higher than the other agents valuations. the best part was the girl at the agency followed through the sale process with the solicitors and kept me informed. they were reasonably priced for the service they provided.

Renting with this estate agency was one of the worst experiences of my life. From move-in day to the moment I gave notice, it was a constant battle. I was treated inhumanely.
There were serious issues with the house from the start: damp and mould, water leaking into sensor lights, a leaking roof, and broken door locks that meant anyone could’ve walked right in. I reported all of this, and most of it wasn’t touched for over six months—only when I got the council involved did things start to move.
Getting in touch with them was nearly impossible. I’m still waiting for a response on my deposit repayment, and now no one responds on the phone. Every call was a struggle. The receptionist was always the first to hang up so abruptly.
They didn’t even send me a final tenancy agreement until after I handed in notice. And even then, they accidentally sent me someone else’s tenancy first—so much for handling people’s data properly.
I wouldn’t wish this kind of renting experience on anyone, not even a stranger. If you’re thinking of going with Latchkey-vault, please look elsewhere first. You deserve to feel safe and respected in your home. No one should experience this level of stress and misery in what is supposed to be your safe haven.

My husband and I are first time home buyers. We went to view a house for sale and we cannot thank Latchkey and Vault's Sonu enough for being friendly, informative, and supportive during our viewing and in his follow up phone call. The house is not meant to be for us (we would like a bigger garden) so our search continues, but our experience viewing houses for sale so far with some other companies has not been as great. For our first purchase, excellent customer service of the listing agent really makes a big difference.

L&V Estate Agents - are like no other property agents I've experienced. Their processes are smooth, you feel looked after, their staff are excellent negotiators and extremely pleasant, and the Cherry on.... the inside of their office on Cheathamhill Rd is mega cool.
