From the time our property went up for sale, Pearson Ferrier on Cheetham Hill Road displayed outstanding customer service and were extremely professional. I was well received by Zac and his team who were reliable and efficient. I felt comfortable selling our property with them from start to finish witnessing them delivering exactly what they set out to do. They are a kind, friendly and approachable team.
The Manager, Zac had a breadth of knowledge and experience and dealt with our property confidently and passionately without any problems.
I truly believe Pearson Ferrier will be a valuable asset when selling your property and would certainly recommend them. If you are looking to sell your home and want an agent that does what they tell you they are, look no further. Stuart and the team in the Prestwich branch is who to choose.
Service was important and they did not disappoint. A buyer was found swiftly, communication was regular, they got back to us when promised, actively chased the sale progress and despite dealing with a challenging solicitor firm they got us to completion.
You get what you pay for and worth every penny. Thanks guys from all of the family.

Pearson Ferrier is one of the top Estate Agents in Cheetham Hill that I have ever worked with. They do charge a slightly higher management than the other surrounding agents. However, they achieve the highest rents in the area to make up for these costs. I have let 6 of my properties with them and have never had any issues. I would personally advise anyone to approach them when it comes to letting your property and don't be put off the management charge as it will all make sense once you start receiving services from them.

Now that I officially have my very own property and been wanting to Let it out, it's a no brainer I will be going with Pearson Ferrier Cheetham Hill.
Their services top all other agents' in the area. They look after their tenants as well as their landlords and have the best interest for all parties involved.

I am a landlord and was looking to handover one of my propertie’s in Cheethamhill to rent out and manage once it was ready after speaking to a lady in their office couple of months back who made me feel very confident about letting pearson ferrier manage my property.
I rang back again to discuss further now that my property was ready and spoke to someoe else who clearly didnt know what she was talking about and sounded very rude.
Would never recommend giving any property to them their customer service has dropped.

I had the pleasure of selling my Cheetham Hill flat in March 2021 through Person Ferrier and their wonderful sales person Zaini Miraj. Zaini is both an exceptional estate agent and a delightful person. In the flat selling world of problems, delays, disappointments, cancellations and pretty much every other kind of hassle Zaini was a constant ray of sunshine. She is always bright and cheerful, however frustrated she may herself be with the process at times, and is constantly positive, supportive, friendly and professional. I almost wish I had another property to sell to have the pleasure of working with Zaini again straight away! The Pearson Ferrier service, in the safe hands of Zaini Miraj, is simply magnificent.

Absolutely appalling customer services! Rang them due a overgrown tree that’s blocking the pavement meaning I have to push my father in his wheel chair on the road. Was told that they are sick of the landlord who won’t pay for any repairs and that they only manage the property. Extremely rude then slammed the phone down.
I would think twice before placing your property with them. There has been a marked deterioration in the property I am talking about under their management.
Quick land registry check £3 I have located the owners of the property and will be contacting them directly.
I wouldn’t rent from them either.

Had no issues with them at all I get my rent paid to me on time and they deal with all tenant issues directly. They have dealt with everything very professionally and efficiently.

Absolutely disgrace, stay well clear! Only after one thing and that is you’re money. Charges for everything and anything even a small nail in the wall. Other branches have great reviews but as for this branch it does not. Please do your research on companies before choosing this one down to it being in your local area. I wouldn’t even give it a One star but it is the lowest I can score it. Appalling!!!!
