A very frustrating company who have promised to have our satellite dish and aerials refitted due the wonderful scaffolding company inexplicably taking them down a month ago. So many excuses,broken promises and in general a lack of consideration for the tenants here. Yet again another deadline passed this morning where we were told that the scaffolding would be removed (yet again) plus the satellite dish that refitted.... Read more

Reported a major bees nest over a year ago and nothing has been done. We're expected to live with a swarm of bees outside the window, unable to open the windows, because removing the nest is 'too costly'. Last update from 5 months ago is: 'The nest is deeply rooted in the building fascia and will be very costly to remove , the directors have all been made aware of this.' Unacceptable. I gave 1 because there is 0. Terrible company. I have moved i my new flat 3 weeks ago. Cooker is not working, water tap is not working, toilet seat is broken. We were really impressed by Mark Lee and his Building Consultancy team - they responded very promptly when we asked for advice about a home survey, and they were very professional in covering all aspects of the condition of the property. We liked that Mark was easy to talk to and explained the concerns he had, sending us extra information about the implications of taking down a huge tree and of converting the loft whilst retaining the solar panels. Although the price of the survey wasn't the cheapest we could have paid, it represented excellent value for money given the amount of money a house costs these days; the advice he gave was fully focussed on our individual case and he took a lot of care to make sure it was comprehensive. As a result we went into the house purchase without any worries and there have been no surprises about the work it needed. Dealt with Sam Beckett of WT Gunson when leasing a warehouse/office from one of their clients. Very prompt, professional outfit who considered our interests (as well as their clients interests) in the very best way. The deal was agreed in principle prior to Covid lockdown and they were sensible enough to give both parties time and space to ensure the deal remained suitable all whilst the world turned on its head and to allow us to focus on our core business without distractions. We used WT Gunson to rent a warehouse in Wythenshawe. They were easy to communicate with (most other agents just ignored our request for information about properties or requests to view), they communicated between ourselves, the landlord and solicitors well. They were not pushy but did also chase up on things. We may be requiring retail premises in the future and I will use W T Gunson as the first point of call to see what they have available. In comparison, we have used agents such as Roger Hannah for another business - those agents are rude, demanding, aggressive, pushy and frankly communicate poorly. W T Gunson were a welcome change.... One of the most corrupt company we have ever dealt with! They never call back! they usually agreed on a sale with known people before making the sale public....... on two occasions they have accepted an offer from other know sources without giving us an opportunity to submit our offer to the landlord!
