The staff, including the manager were rude over the phone, and showed little empathy, when they told us the house we were moving into the following day was no longer available for rent! This was after we travelled over 100 miles back to our current home to get our belongings, and booked time off work! Furthermore, it was a battle to get the deposit back before the weekend. I found Keleric Properties, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would discourage others from using them.
Very professional and approachable team, a pleasure to deal with. Very straight forwards sale of our house, great advice, market value and positioning of the property. Wealth of experience and knowledge of the local area from the team, which is why we chose them. Would highly recommend their service for a fast, efficient property sale.

Expected a lot more from such a well established agents such as Reeds Rains. Instead we were subjected to our emails and requests being ignored, very poor communication (weeks without response) and no actions being taken on outstanding issues of the property (unresolved literally for months).despite regular prompting. When these were raised directly over the phone or face-to-face, they gave useless and unclear answers. We had to pay out of our own pockets just to resolve some of the issues, and were not reimbursed despite asking for it on several occasions.
Always very quick to blame the landlords, describing how it is hard to get in touch with them. As a letting agent (the very meaning of which is a representative or spokesperson for BOTH the tenant and landlord), it is your job to sort out such issues, and not give up just because the landlord doesn't answer their phone.
The contract, which covered everything, was written vaguely enough so that Reeds Rains could not be held accountable, despite not providing the service that was promised, leaving you powerless and helpless in the place that is supposed to be your home.
We have rented from four other agents in the past, and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had.
Leanne wasn't acting as our estate agent however she was acting for a vendor further in our chain! She kept the whole chain together by ringing all solicitors and updatin everyone involved. Her tenacity, passion and experience are first class. Thanks for all your help Leanne. Ash, Lyns and the boys!!

But without a shadow of a doubt, if it wasn't for the professionalism and dedication of Leanne through the whole process, then it would be a very different story.
We found ourselves in a long and messy chain; time and time again someone, somewhere found another reason why we couldn't agree a date for exchange. Perhaps most disappointing was the total lack of drive shown by solicitors and other Estate Agents up and down the chain... that is except for Leanne!! Going way beyond her responsibility to her clients, she was the one person who chased and badgered every single solicitor and agent in the chain until finally, just 48 hours before the chain would have collapsed, she got everyone aligned and got us over the line.
Leanne, you are a star... and anyone looking for an Estate Agent should look no further.
