Absolutely phenomenal service.

Walked into Ashton's like a lost sheep desperately needing to rent a flat and we had no clue what to look for.
We sat down with a staff member called Toni and she helped us through everything, explaining what we should be looking for, which areas were best and what we would get for our money. She was incredibly professional but also a pleasure to talk to.

We have now moved into our own house after living happily for 2 years in the flat Toni found for us and for the last 2 years nothing has been too much trouble for her, if we needed any advice, she was just a phonecall away and happy to help.
We popped down to the office a few times during our time with Ashton's and Toni would always make time for us, even giving us honest advice on what to look for when we were searching for our house.

Thank you so much for all your help, we are incredibly grateful.

I first went to Ashtons 2 and a half years ago looking to get out of my mother's house, I came into contact with an absolute gem of an employee named Toni. What can I say? She went above and beyond for me from day one, every little question was answered efficiently (if she didn't know she would ask someone who did) and worries were eased with advice which she didn't need to give.

I never thought I was bugging her if I ever needed anything, making me feel comfortable any time I needed to go into the agency. This sort of customer service is extremely rare these days but if anybody is looking to rent first time or otherwise I would go into Ashtons on Padgate Lane Warrington and ask for Toni.

If I could give more stars I would.

I have dealt with many estate agents in the past and I can honestly say that the team at Ashtons in Padgate have gone above and beyond in making sure that our property purchase was stress free which is now managed by their lettings team.
They are very professional and we are frequently updated on any new properties which would be of an interest as well as the management of our lettings.
I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to sell, purchase or management of your property!

Not helpful. Do not take housing benefit for private renting. Unfortunately when I phoned the letting department they informed me that Ashtons do not except people on housing benefit. I have the phone conversation recorded. If you are saying you except people on housing benefit then may I suggest that A) you stick to that rule when people like myself who are claiming through no fault of mine ask for help and B) look at retraining your staff to give the right information to potential customers. I am a extremely good tenant, my landlord of 6 years will verify that, I have never been in arrears EVER, and I have been paying an extra £100 a month on top of housing benefit because my DHP doesn't cover my full rent. My rent in Oxford for 3 bedroom is £1400 a month. There is an important reason I need to move and that's so my 3 boys one disabled can be near their mum, my wife, so we can start to rebuild my family and be all together one day again because of the damage and lies from social services who illegally removed my 5 young boys 4 years ago under false accusations and in 2018 we successfully won the right for them to be returned to our care and ordered to sue for damages against the LA. When you are told sorry we don't take people on HB it's like you are saying he's never worked,always been on benefits lazy sod. You don't know my background so my review was based on your staffs attitude because I was on benefits and my experience. Try getting to know your customers because we weren't all born with a silver spoon in our mouths. Regards

Bought my first home through Ashtons. Great service (especially from Leanne), no time wasting and no lies which is a rarity when it comes to estate agents. Very accommodating with viewing times, even when I got the houses mixed up and turned up at the wrong address! Leanne was also very helpful dealing with solicitors. We would highly recommend Ashton’s Culcheth. Steve came down to give us an initial quote. He was polite, friendly and efficient and was clear in what their charges would be and what they would cover within that charge. He was never pushy and has over 20 years experience as an estate agent. We had 3 quotes and went with Ashton’s who were in the middle with their valuation and we consider the most realistic. Once we decided to use Ashton’s they were very quick getting the house on the market with excellent photographs and a 360degree tour taken by Rachel. Joanne arranged viewings of which we had 3 viewings within the first 24 hours. We had 7 viewings in all, 2 offers and was sold stc after 12 days! What more can I say!
Their fee includes accompanied viewings, if required. All the team were efficient, polite and kept us informed at all times and gave quick feedback regarding the viewings. Excellent service.

Ashton's were, by far the most efficient, and the best prepared. Stacey was the ONLY estate agent who arrived on time. She came with, and left me with, lots more information on the market place, and their services than other "more established" agents.Ashtons achieved a higher sale figure than others even proposed I market at. Service wa superb throughout the process
