Christie, was fantastic from start to finish, her communication with every aspect of the sale was A+. Our situation was not an easy one but she was professional throughout and made me aware of any delays or complications that could prevent us moving forward. I decided to move forward with the solicitor they recommended which was the best move I made. My only minus would be that they don’t always answer the phone and you have to leave a message (I personally hate answering machines) but someone always calls back within 24hours. I highly recommend Bridgefords Estate Agents Culcheth.

Buying and selling houses brings to mind Dante’s Inferno and the 9 Circles of Hell, which include punishments for sins of Greed, Wrath, Fraud, Treachery and where one spends time in Limbo.
To navigate the Inferno, one needs a practitioner who has faced these evils and overcome them on a daily basis with aplomb. I speak of course of Christie Findley at Bridgfords, Culcheth who, amazingly, in my opinion and despite setbacks and daily irritations maintained a cheerful and positive attitude. Christie remained calm under pressure, considered each development in the sales process and discussed each issue giving sound advice on which I could make a judgement.
In addition to the semi-automatic updates in relation to viewings etc, I received regular and timely phone calls with updates. It was always a pleasure to receive a call or voice message from Christie to whom I soon came to refer to as my favourite woman in Culcheth – I am sorry to say that I have had to revise this, in deference to my close friends and relatives in the area, to “my favourite person under the age 50 in Culcheth”.
Thank you, Christie for your hard work: you made hell enjoyable.

In the past year I have dealt with 3 house transactions and viewed many houses which has brought me into contact with numerous estate agents. Bridgfords have come out top every time! From the first contact to the last I cannot fault Bridgfords, and they were worth every penny.
Andrew was my initial contact and he arranged the photos and advertising with no pressure, being approachable and knowledgeable with the upmost professionalism. He was always available throughout and willing to help with any concerns I may have.
Christie was the main contact and sales negotiator thereafter and it would be difficult to praise her more; she really is the absolute best. She exemplifies conscientiousness, pro-activeness, enthusiasm, and commitment, together with great communication skills, keeping me informed every step of the way. I was unfortunate enough to have a sale fall through at the last minute (Completely unpredictable, no fault of Bridgfords) and within a few hours Christie had my house up for sale again, contacted previously interested viewers, and had new viewings booked in, whilst liaising with me throughout and being incredibly supportive at what was an extremely difficult time. She then managed to sell my house again within two weeks! Christie worked tirelessly to make sure that the whole chain remained in contact, checking out queries, and chasing any missing information with other estate agents. I think it says a lot that my seller's estate agent also could not praise her enough and repeatedly told me of the high esteem Christie was held in as well as how skilled she was. Christie made an extremely stressful time bearable and I felt supported throughout. I genuinely cannot thank her enough!

Have not had a good experience dealing with Bridgfords at all. Staff were extremely rude, did not get back to us with outstanding information. Also during viewings they were basically unable to answer any questions. Overall we found them to be very unprofessional. Have not had any issues with several other estate agents in the area so would definably avoid.

From the outset Bridgfords portrayed a very professional manner, promising everything; enhanced photo package, professional write up, weekly reports, weekly updates, viewing feedback, guided viewings. We only received the weekly computer generated reports. We requested to have the writeup changed as it did not make any sense (it wasn't altered). After each viewing we had to initiate contact with Bridgfords office and on each occasion we were told that they couldn't contact the buyers, so no feedback was provided?
Our property was marketed dual agent, the other agent managed to sell the property, however, the difference in communication and customer focus was like night and day, nothing was too much trouble.

We decided to use Bridgfords in Culcheth to sell our property after seeing anumber of local agents. We found the service they offered was superior and from day one we felt looked after and reassured. The valuation from Andrew was in our view realistic and we felt in safe hands. We quickly had viewings booked in and Alex kept us updated at all times. With a couple of days we had 5 viewings and 4 of which all offered over the asking price. Bridgfords provided all of the information to us for each buyer which allowed us to make the decision as to which buyer was best for us.
We also dealt with Bridgfords for our onward purchase. This was not an easy transaction by any means, with various issues arising along the way. However, Bridgfords worked with both us and the seller professionally and kept us updated the wholetime!
Cannot fault the service we recieved and everything was dealt with in the way we would expect and in exactly the same way we had been advised we would at the start of the process. Very efficient and wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Thank you to Andrew, Alex, Lindsey and the whole team at Bridgfords Culcheth.

I can't profess enough how much my husband and I appreciate all the hard work that was put in by our mortgage consultant Ashley Ward. We had a difficult time with buyers pulling out and having to relist but Ashley has been with us every step of the way.
He has been efficient in everything he has done for us, with reassuring us about mortgage prices, reviewing information, keeping us on track with where things are and reminding us if information is outstanding.

I have used Bridgfords for mortgage advice on a number of occasions and have always received excellent service.
I have to say that this time was no exception and my expectations were not only met but exceeded by Ashley Ward. Ashley is a pleasure to deal with, he explains everything so well making it easily understood and in plain simply language. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to fit appointments around times that were convenient for me and when looking at deals to suit my needs. These changed during the course of my appointments and Ashley had to revisit some of the work he had done but he never made me feel I was a nuisance. He has made me feel like a valued customer from beginning to end and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and relatives. I must also add that the staff that answered my calls in Culcheth and Fearnhead were always helpful and pleasant.

Throughout the whole exercise from appointment to completion, I found Bridgfords to be a completely competent expert and thoroughly professional team to work with. Me and my Partner used Bridgfords for the purchase of our home, as we were first time buyers we were so unsure of everything but Ashley Ward my mortgage consultant couldn't have made it easier for us, he was amazing, he took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we fully understood everything. Buying a house is scary and confusing and Ashley took that away from us by being constantly in touch and always available and we cannot thank him enough. We also had alot of dealings with Grace Bailey (also Culcheth branch) and Stevie (Newton Branch) who were also as fantastic as Ashley they were alway in contact to answer any queries we had and nothing was too much trouble. It was my first time of selling a property so I was a wee bit confused about the process. I chose Bridgfords from 3 estate agents. Why? Because Martin came to my home and introduced himself properly, and immediately put me at ease with his smile and reassurance as well as a keen interest in the property. There was no pressure and he even advised that I should get at least 2 additional estate agents to help me choose. Of those who came to my house Martin stood out as a very professional and made me feel at ease with the situation. My choice was spot on. Not only is Martin a very good estate agent he is endearing without being pushy. At the office I got a very warm reception from the support member of staff who would lead the sale of my property. Gemma is a fantastic estate agent. She is warm, interested in you and the property and goes all out to make sure that the customer is well looked after and kept up to date with the progress of the sale. I would have no qualms at all about refer anyone to Bridgfords Richmond. There would be a very warm welcome and very efficient service with a smile. A huge thank you to all at the Richmond office.

I recently purchased a house through Bridgfords (Culcheth). The team were very good - professional, friendly and hard working. The purchase went pretty smoothly, and since I've moved in, I've been back into the branch a couple of times to see if they can forward some mail to the previous owners, which they have been more than happy to do. At the same time, I was struck by the friendliness again of the staff who remembered who I was and took the time to ask me how things were going even after the sale had completed 3 months ago. I would be happy to recommend this branch. The only thing I would say is that there was a bit of a 'hiccup' around the process to verify ID and income prior to being able to accept an offer. I was a bit of a frustrated buyer as I did not live too close to the branch and I could have presented this earlier when I was in the area if I had known. Fortunately, arrangements were made to go to a closer branch where everything was put in order and things went smoothly thereafter. Overall, happy with the experience I had.

Moving house is always stressful and for me relocating 250 miles back to the North West added another layer of complexity and hassle but Leanne and the team were excellent and were always there if I needed them
As a buyer you can also often feel like you're second best as ultimately the agent is working on behalf of their client, the seller, but this was certainly not the case!

We were really impressed by the team at Bridgfords Culcheth - they visited on the Wednesday to give us a market evaluation and in comparison to other agents we met, we got a really good sense during that first viewing that they had a tenacious approach and would be really pro-active in trying to secure a sale for us.. We signed up with them the following Monday and after 6 viewings, we accepted a near-asking price offer 3 weeks to the day later. This during a period where some properties had been on the market for ages.
The timing was great all round as Bridgfords had just received instructions on another property meeting our criteria. This turned out to be our first viewing and the house we ended up buying.
The team at Bridgfords work really hard to get you a sale and are great at keeping up the communication throughout - demonstrated by just how many 'out of office hours' calls I received at throughout the process, arranging viewings and updating me on the viewings afterwards.
