We decided to use Bridgfords in Culcheth to sell our property after seeing anumber of local agents. We found the service they offered was superior and from day one we felt looked after and reassured. The valuation from Andrew was in our view realistic and we felt in safe hands. We quickly had viewings booked in and Alex kept us updated at all times. With a couple of days we had 5 viewings and 4 of which all offered over the asking price. Bridgfords provided all of the information to us for each buyer which allowed us to make the decision as to which buyer was best for us.
We also dealt with Bridgfords for our onward purchase. This was not an easy transaction by any means, with various issues arising along the way. However, Bridgfords worked with both us and the seller professionally and kept us updated the wholetime!
Cannot fault the service we recieved and everything was dealt with in the way we would expect and in exactly the same way we had been advised we would at the start of the process. Very efficient and wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Thank you to Andrew, Alex, Lindsey and the whole team at Bridgfords Culcheth.

From start to finish Bridgfords Culcheth took only three and a half months to find a buyer for our mother’s bungalow in Warrington and complete the sale. The communication throughout the process was excellent.The staff were without fail very friendly and helpful at all times and kept us updated continuously, which was invaluable during this difficult time, especially as myself and my siblings live in different parts of the country. A big thankyou to Andrew and his hardworking team, who all went the extra mile.

Our house sale proved to be pretty challenging with many twists and turns along the way. The team in the Culcheth office were very supportive and in particular Andrew - who fully understood the various aspects behind our sale and personally tackled some very difficult issues for us. There were ‘professionals’ from other organisations involved in the process and Andrew liaised with them regularly in order to keep them up to speed with developments and to provide feedback to us. The chain, though small, became quite complex and both exchange and completion were particularly difficult - Andrew’s calm manner yet tenacious approach helped drive both of these through

Glen, Chloe and Meghan were absolutely fantastic! Bridgfords HG branch found me the house of my dreams and did everything they could to get it for me, along with selling my house in under a week so I could proceed. And all this happened during the additional pressure of lockdown. Their communication was excellent and they were a delight to work with. I could not be happier with their service and would highly recommend. Glen is clearly passionate about the houses he sells and I felt from the outset, he was the one to sell mine.
