Fantastic service from Hannah and Neil, was extremely patient with me whilst going through the process. Hannah even contacted me out of hours to update and reassure me. They both were on the ball and communicated regularly with the other parties involved, nothing was too much for them. Definitely use this estate agent again and would highly recommend. Excellent service from start to finish. Spot on with the valuation which meant we got good interest and achieved a sale within a week. I was kept fully informed throughout the process and completed on the date we had all agreed on from.the start. Highly recommended, proffessional Estate Agents. Thanks Hannah and Neil.

Twice I have dealt with Christopher Hall Estate Agents for purchases.
The first time they were unprofessional in terms of sharing other potential buyers highest offers. I can only assume this is to start a bidding war and achieve the best possible sales commission. My offer was accepted, however, the property was left on the market and after 2 weeks I was outbidded. This could only have been expected as I'm sure my offer was also shared with other potential buyers.
On the second occasion everything started off well, offer accepted, responded promptly, accommodated multiple viewings, provided access for surveys etc, and the mortgage got approved. I then tried to renegotiate the price due to survey findings. At this point communication became slower, and without any notice the 'Sold STC' label was removed from the property advert. After the 'Sold STC' was removed I didn't receive any updates until 4 days later, at which point I was coincidently told that the property has now been sold to a cash buyer direct from the vendors without them knowing. Personally, I feel that I was being fobbed off for a few days while a better deal was being agreed. This is an extremely unprofessional way to deal with things rather than just being upfront about it.

I dealt with hannah with selling my home who gave me great advice. I felt I knew exactly what was happening and nothing was hidden. I felt she was professional, efficient and extremely helpful when I was worried about anything. I also dealt with Neil who gave me great mortgage advice with no extra "hidden" costs. We had an issue with the mortgage provider on our new home but Neil sorted it all out. Like hannah he made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I would recommend Christopher halls estate agents to anyone! Hopefully I won't need to move house again but if I ever do I know who I will be calling again. Great service.

Brilliant service from advisor Neil and the team. Called up to book an appointment for a property evaluation and one was booked for the same week and although I had a few questions about how it would work, the way in which they answered all questions in a friendly manner put my mind at ease.
Also the phone call after discussing the results of their visit was great - Neil definitely went above and beyond so I would 10/10 recommend Christopher Hall
