Zed was an amazing Landlord. He far exceeded our expectations that had been set by previous landlords. Every matter was dealt with in a professional and kind manner, and if we had any issues they were resolved immediately. I have only positive things to say. One of my housemates continued on to rent in the property having known how great of a landlord the amazing property had, and I will be contacting the agency again if I move back to Bristol.... Booked viewing through this letting agent no one was at the property only confused tenant which didn't have a clue about people viewing it. Unable to call the agents no one is picking up the phones. Don't even booked a viewing through them , save yourself time and the journey.... Read more

Dreadful,unprofessional and very rude please read reviews, we had our property Withdrawn after only being given two days notice that we had to move into the property and pay three months rent upfront!, it’s back on the market with an increase in rent!. Please beware.... Read more

I would strongly advise that you avoid this letting agency. They are extremely rude, unhelpful and next level unprofessional. Upon moving into the flat we discovered that it hadn't been cleaned at all. The entire kitchen was covered in grease with dirty, mouldy washing up shoved into every cupboard which had been sitting there for months. The oven was covered in thick layers of greasy muck, so much so that the first time we turned it on billows of smoke came out which set off every fire alarm in the property. The shower head was so full of limescale that water could barely pass through. The upholstered dining chairs were covered in brown and black stains and littered with holes. When we contacted them to ask them to clean the flat to an acceptable standard for a new tenant, they told us that if we didn't like it, we could move out... Trust me, you don't need the stress of zed and Co in your life!... Read more

Booked viewing with Naila. I waited outside for over half an hour in the cold, rang the office multiple times to no avail, emailed and then read about 25 absolutely appalling reviews of this letting agency, of which i am now adding my own. Extremely dissatisfied with their failure to respond to any emails or calls, failure to show up to an arranged viewing and failure to even have the common courtesy to contact me to cancel or rearrange said viewing. That's every basic requirement of a letting agency. Essentially just complete and total failure of a company... Read more

Terrible experience! We signed the contract and paid the deposit and when we called them a day before our move in date to collect our keys they told us they gave our house to someone else aka BREACH LF CONTRACT. Stay away from this agency! It is a joke... Read more
