From there we have worked with her and Lisa and been extremely happy with the service at the Southville branch. They're always easy to reach and happy to help and managed to find us the perfect house which thankfully Lisa also looked after which made the whole process so much easier. I have always found them to be honest and easy to work with which I can't say about all estate agents in Bristol!

She listened to what I did and didn't like and she would use the information to provide me properties better tailored to my preferences. I have an experience with Robbie as a real estate agent who was showing me the property and with Lisa over the phone. Robbie is very professional and knowledgeable but also honest although I’m a buyer and he technically works for the seller. He is very kind and explained everything honestly. Unfortunately my purchase fell through since seller changed her mind and I was left without property after offer was accepted and after I secured mortgage offer. However I still have positive experience with Andrews agency. The seller played with me, but not the agency. Lisa went above and beyond to call survey company to help me with survey that is already payed for but will not be used and also to talk to me and suggest other properties. She is kind and compassionate and understanding. I can recommend Robbie and Lisa for anyone looking to buy property. My purchase failed, however it was not due to agency failure and I will be happy to work with them to find my home.
