I have just had an #apartment organised to be #rented by the experts at @Chappell and Matthews. Daniel. Chloe and Zainab were helpful, efficient and effective. They co-ordinated with me, the #Electric Safe and #Gas Safe engineers. They ensured the #tenant was thoroughly checked and dealt with the #keys as I don't live in Bristol. If you are looking to get your place rented, want to rent a #property or even sell your place. Look no further than Chappell and Matthews. They know #Bristol well and will sort out your needs very quickly. I have used them since my daughter went to Bristol University over nine years ago and I wouldn't choose anyone else. I have recently moved into my flat which, I went with Chappell & Matthews. I did the viewing and the initial process with Zainab, who was nothing but amazingly helpful and insightful about the . On the day of the move Daniel was very helpful and got everything sorted out and ready for the move. Anything outstanding they both were on it right away, and got it sorted out immediately. They both made the process so easy and no stress at all. Absolutely recommend :)

Zainab gave me a viewing and was incredibly helpful at answering any Qs I had. She was also very quick to let me know when I had the property and with organising deposit etc. Daniel then helped us with the actual move in and was super friendly and again, really helpful :))

The C+M team are bloody brilliant! After looking for the right property for months my partner and I were in despair, the fast responses from Chloe and Zainab right from the start were a very welcome change from the norm we had got used to with other estate agents. Special shoutout to Dan for making the transition from student housing to normal renting so smooth and hassle free. Genuinely couldn't meet a more helpful and friendly guy! I've never felt more comfortable dealing with an estate agent before and would reccomend them to anyone.
