Very well handled sales transaction. James identified the market opportunities exceptionally well and Elsaida found the right Buyer who was committed to speed despite the challenging market conditions. Once a deal was agreed Trudie managed the sales process very efficiently with regular feedback such that the transaction closed within the lower end of my time expectations.
