We recently sold our house through Frosts. It was a hell of a journey over 11 months and 3 buyers. I think we dealt with just about every member of staff in the office to the point that we knew each other immediately just by voice, so thank you to Matt, Sean, John, Jess and Wendy (sorry if I've forgotten anyone!). But ultimately it was Tom who got us over the line - he was incredibly reliable, hardworking, persistent and a pleasure to work with. He kept us up to date at every turn and put up with every question and request we made without gripe or impatience, so thank you so much and for helping our buyers to get the property they wanted. Frosts have been brilliant from start to finish and I can't thank them enough.
