Really excellent estate agents. I’ve spoken to a lot of estate agents in st albans while looking for a flat to rent and Frosts was by far the most helpful and kind. All the staff i’ve interacted with have been lovely, especially when there’s been problems in the process which they’ve sorted out quickly. Isha was wonderful and Shelby really helped us out with securing our flat.<br>100% would go back to them :))

I’d highly recommend Frosts when considering selling an estate agent for Harpenden. We worked with Amelie, who helped make the process simple and communicated with clarity throughout every step of the journey. We felt cared for as individuals throughout the process and Amelie operated on a real human level with trust and was generally great to work with. I would absolutely recommend Amelie and Frost’s.

We recently purchased a house through Frost’s. With the eccentricities of the UK housing market, sometimes you need a bit of X factor and luck to get a house purchase or sale through. Jess brings that X factor ! Full of energy, smarts and dedication and very warm-hearted too - she was brilliant from start to house purchase.
