Louise Harrod was absolutely fantastic throughout our sale. She was consistently communicative, keeping us fully updated at every stage and always quick to respond to any queries.
What really stood out was how proactive she was — Louise genuinely drove things forward, liaising with all parties and making sure nothing slipped. It honestly felt like she took full ownership of the process and pushed it all the way to exchange.
A real credit to the team and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

We recently purchased our first home, and we cannot thank Shaun Denton enough for everything he did to help us along the way.

We were very pleased with the levels of customer service and support my brother and I received whilst selling our parents home in Dunstable.
Julia, our agent, kept us up to date all throughout the process and was empathetic towards our situation.
James phoned us a couple of times too, which we appreciated.
We felt this whole process wasn’t just “transactional” with Frosts…like it has felt when I have gone through the selling processes before with other agents.
Thoroughly recommend Frosts for that more personal touch when selling/buying your next home.

Trudie is an absolute star !
Trying to deal with a wall flower of a buyer and a solicitor who was absent/lazy/not bothered how Trudie kept it all together for an amazing 6 months without blowing a head gasket (unlike myself) I will never know and am very very grateful. Would highly recommend Frosts Marshalswick above all others .

Had a great experience with Frosts selling my parents family home and highly recommend them.
Julia managed the sale really well, giving good advice in the early stages and then providing an excellent level of customer service once a sale had been agreed. This included regular check-ins to update us on progress towards completion.

Had an issue with the fridge, so I contacted Frost's for assistance and this great gentleman Jonathan Meakin picked up my case and delivered a great and stress free experience.
Even though we were heading into a long weekend because of a bank holiday, Jonathan was able to quickly and efficiently coordinate a solution for the same day and the issue was resolved on a timely manner
