I recently secured a property from Frosts St Albans, after having been off work for 6 months with an industrial injury. Due to this nature it had been very difficult for me to be taken seriously by a landlord, as proving my income was impossible. having been out of work for so long.<br><br>I dealt with Shelby Dunn. I told her my situation and was up front about my struggle thus far. She, from that point when above and beyond to arrange me viewings and ultimately get me into a property. Shelby is the most straight up, kind and understanding lettings agent I have ever come across. During the referencing process, it went back and forward for 3-4 days over and over again, and Shelby fought tirelessly to get me over the line when she could’ve thrown me in the bin and gone for any other easier candidate.<br><br>I have rented with Frosts in the past and whilst they are efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with…..in my 10 years of renting, I’ve never come across a Shelby. And for this reason, I recommend her so highly to anyone, going forward.<br><br>KG

My valuer Tom Weaver was very friendly, professional and reassuring in his manner. This is the second time I have used Frosts and Tom to value and sell both homes. Nick found my buyer this time round and kept me informed regularly throughout the process. Rochelle and Nick kept the post sales progress running despite a lengthy conveyancing process. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tom , Nick and Rochelle and their services to others.

Frosts were highly professional from the start. Laid out the process and their fees up front and went to work straight away finding an asking price buyer. The sale process has been a breeze as a result and critically they have always been available and on hand to support any query. I thoroughly recommend.
