A very disappointing experience. Communication was lacking. Would not recommend using this agency. Lack of disclosure until after completion of sale regarding the agent’s relationship to the seller. The administrative staff were pleasant but not much else about this transaction was a good experience. It was unnecessarily stressful . Will not be using them again.

Colebrook Sturrock looked after our house for many years while it was rented out. They did so with such care and professionalism, significantly reducing all those stresses often associated with renting property. So when it came to selling this house, we looked no further. Here again, Colebrook Sturrock's thoughtfulness and professionalism was evident throughout. We were kept constantly informed about the progress of visits and responses, and when it came to receiving an offer, they ensured everything went smoothly to a successful conclusion for all concerned. I only have praise for Colebrook Sturrock and their lettings and sales teams.

Sarah and her team were amazing from start to finish. They were friendly, easy to reach and knowledgable. The sale of my house went through quickly and smoothly as they really are experts in properties. Would highly recommend Sarah and will go to her again in the future.
