Our experience of the staff at Maidstone was excellent always there to answer any questions and go that extra mile to resolve any issues and extremely diplomatic. Moving home is very stressful but all the staff are there to make it less so. Thank you all.
Sandersons Maidstone is the worst agency ever. Never met no agency witch blaming people for humidity and dump in house. Even photos doesnt work as a proof it is no ventylation. Anyway manager is rude and dont want be close to problem. It is no help from them side at all. NEVER RENT FROM THEM COZ WILL REGREAT. They care just about landlords. I had to pay insurance for landlord witch as them just promised do something with problem but even didnt came to speak with me. NEVER TRUST SANDERSONS them treating people just as cachmachine.
The TEAM worked so hard to get me and may partner into a place and we cant think of a better place to go when it comes to property. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our deadlines were met for moving. Jo and Jon and Eloise are a cut above the rest when it comes to customer service. The agents lie so much only interested what’s in the tenancy agreement even though they said different to what they said completely different from what we were told!!!!!!!! Made my partner sign agreement as quick as poss so didn’t know everything was different until we were told to get rid of our dog when they said we could have him so upset and plead with people not to use them !!!!!!!!!
We were promised a better experience than four years prior but felt let down. Communication was poor and agents did not provide buyers with the extra information they need to decide if the property is right for them. We were advised to sale at a higher price than we had expected resulting in an open day that failed to produce much interest. We were made to feel that it was our fault and asked to reduce the price. We have received regular updates showing enquires, viewings and feed back. However we did not receive the first update from the open day even after requesting it. We had previously had bad service from Wards and other agents and had been told that the service was much improved. I am sorry to say it has not improved. We are now in dispute with the fees agreed as we refused to pay extra to use our own solicitor and not theirs.
Very good service, from the team in Ramsgate, everybody was extremely helpful and went way beyond the usual service and they could not have been more efficient and professional, but and this is important with a friendly human face. Well done very pleased and happy that we used them. Will come back!!,
What a joke of an agency! Awful properties, over priced, fees taken for what? Dodgy staff and landlords. Completely avoid!!!
I didn't know a thing about the Ramsgate area before I moved. but Mann were really helpful and found me a great place. They've also been really easy to talk to, and considerate about all of my queries since I've moved in. I would definitely recommend them!
Quick to take my deposit and then the silent treatment for weeks.... six requests for a call back and not one other then to ring my number for one ring then hang up over the space of ten days.... they even sound patronising when they are apologising for not calling you back.... communication is a basic human skill
