Throughout the sale of my parents property, Tim from David Burr, has been incredibly helpful, informative and proactive. It's made a difficult house move much more straight forward and he has kept us informed every step of the way, going above and beyond to help us and the buyers. Would highly recommend.

From the start David Burr have ben brilliant. Ours was a complicated sale, however, throughout Richard and Tim have been on case, very informative, keeping us aware of the process, always professional and freindly.
We cannot thank these pepole enough, they are always prepared to go ' the extra mile'.
Their assistance has made the whole process much less stressful.

It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it)
They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great.
They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in.
