This was my first experience with David Burr and I’ve got to say Murray was just so incredibly helpful. More so then my solicitors. He went above and beyond to help the sale of the property go through quickly and even helped when the sellers became difficult about a damp problem. I can’t recommend Murray and his team enough. Not a company to be trusted!! Nick at David Burr acted incredibly unprofessionally during the valuation of our property, making sneaky phone calls between seller and buyer to try and break the deal for his own benefit. Suffice to say we didn’t use them in the end and certainly will not be in the future! We had 3 estate agents valuing the property and David Burr was the only one we had any trouble with!...
