Tim, Richard and Gemma are absolute gems!! They have made me and my partner feel very protected and safe throughout a rather stressful property purchase. They were always on the other end of the phone, putting our worries at ease and going above and beyond to help in every way they could. This was our first house purchase ever and it has all been very new to us - they couldn't have been a better team to help with this transition. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them as an estate agent! :)

The service we received from David Burr from the very start of our quest to find a home in the area to the completion was superb , special shout out to Richard who was definitely going to find us our dream home and Tim who throughout the process kept us very well informed . Great job

Purchased a property through David Burr, phenomenal from start to finish, really took as much stress out of the situation as possible. First up was Richard when viewing was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest about a property that does need some work. Happily walked me round the property and then gave me the space and time to look round by myself. Gemma, always on hand and professional for any questions or updates. Tim, I'm not sure we would have got this over the line in anywhere near the timeframe we did if it wasn’t for yourself. Nothing was too much, always happy to chase up all parties and keep everyone up to date with progress. If at any point I was looking to sell they would be my only call, thank you to everyone there.

I would highly recommend David Burr in Castle Hedingham. Tim, Richard and Gemma were such a helpful and friendly team, I honestly couldn’t fault them.
They were always easy to get hold of, consistently polite, and went out of their way to keep things moving by regularly chasing the rest of the chain for updates. That made a huge difference and took a lot of the stress off us.
From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable local estate agent.

All the staff were excellent and helped us no end in selling our house. It was a difficult and emotional experience for us but they were most understanding and guided us to a successful sale

It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it)
They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great.
They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in.
