We recently bought a property through the team at David Burr in Castle Hedingham which we are thrilled with. They really buck the trend of the stereotypical estate agent - we felt well informed and that they were transparent throughout the process. Most importantly, we never felt under pressure to buy unlike our uncomfortable experience with some other national agents. We would highly recommend if you're looking for an agent in the area - they're an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Exceptional from start to finish. Does not feel like you are dealing with a big chain, everyone in the office is so helpful and personable. Quick to respond to any queries. Always goes above and beyond. Whenever we buy or sell again we will definitely use David Burr again. A particular thank you to the wonderful and very dapper Richard!

All the staff were excellent and helped us no end in selling our house. It was a difficult and emotional experience for us but they were most understanding and guided us to a successful sale

It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it)
They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great.
They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in.
