Tim and his team, Richard & Gemma, were thorough, persistent and extremely patient!
Our chain of 5 took over 6months to complete, and this only happened because Tim took the lead on the entire chain. Speaking to all parties; agents, solicitors, buyers, sellers, whoever was needed to keep things moving. I don’t think it would have happened without Tim. And I applaud his patience when all around were growing increasingly frustrated. Thank you for making our move to our beautiful new home happen!

Well, what a long and stressful six months, but we got there in the end thanks mainly to the persistence, dedication and constant hard work of Tim! We felt he went above and beyond particularly during the last four months when constant chasing of solicitors further down the chain was necessary. He was the main driving force of our sale not only for us but the whole chain. Thanks also to Richard and Gemma for their professional and friendly support throughout. We would certainly recommend this team! Thank you again

It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it)
They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great.
They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in.
