I have sold two properties with David Burr, one being 8 years ago, the other completed yesterday. Richard and Tim are incredibly professional, kind and very responsive. I hope to never move again !! however if I do David Burr is the Agents I would go to with out a doubt.

Brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was ever an issue. Richard was brilliant showing us round properties and helping us with our chosen one. Professional, friendly and knowledgable, definitely five star. Would highly recommend Richard, Tim and Gemma at Castle Hedingham. Throughout the process of finding a buyer, Richard provided invaluable advice relating to the pricing and marketing of our home. His consistent liaising with prospective buyers played a large part in us securing a sale. Equally, Tim's constant monitoring of the chain of buyers ensured that we were kept fully informed of progress through exchange of contracts to completion. Tim's frequent updates gave us confidence that matters were being expertly handled. What more can we say. We're glad we chose the Castle Hedingham team.

It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it)
They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great.
They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in.

Our current house sale is going through with David Burr, we can’t fault them, friendly staff, approachable, but realistic staff. Found a buyer quickly and it’s progressing as planned at the moment.
