A very professional and efficient company. We dealt with Tim Rutter, who'd sold us the house originally. We chose to go with them again because the service was so good previously. The consultation before producing the brochure was thorough and the end result looked brilliant. We were kept informed all through the process and Tim and the rest of the team at the Castle Headingham office were brilliant throughout.

Tim and his team, Richard & Gemma, were thorough, persistent and extremely patient!
Our chain of 5 took over 6months to complete, and this only happened because Tim took the lead on the entire chain. Speaking to all parties; agents, solicitors, buyers, sellers, whoever was needed to keep things moving. I don’t think it would have happened without Tim. And I applaud his patience when all around were growing increasingly frustrated. Thank you for making our move to our beautiful new home happen!

Well, what a long and stressful six months, but we got there in the end thanks mainly to the persistence, dedication and constant hard work of Tim! We felt he went above and beyond particularly during the last four months when constant chasing of solicitors further down the chain was necessary. He was the main driving force of our sale not only for us but the whole chain. Thanks also to Richard and Gemma for their professional and friendly support throughout. Found our experience to be almost flawless, Gemma, who delt with us, was patient and is very good at her job, she was on the ball with questions and knew the answers, the viewing was a great experience giving us time to look through the rooms, only down side was the referencing…took about 2 hours to complete and was a bit of trouble other than that all good
