We recently bought a property through the team at David Burr in Castle Hedingham which we are thrilled with. They really buck the trend of the stereotypical estate agent - we felt well informed and that they were transparent throughout the process. Most importantly, we never felt under pressure to buy unlike our uncomfortable experience with some other national agents. Exceptional from start to finish. Does not feel like you are dealing with a big chain, everyone in the office is so helpful and personable. Quick to respond to any queries. Always goes above and beyond. Whenever we buy or sell again we will definitely use David Burr again. A particular thank you to the wonderful and very dapper Richard!
