How can appraisals from Hockley and Hadleigh offices come up with a £225,000 price variation within 3 months on a £800,000 property??

The sale as advised two years ago and also confirmed 3 months ago to both of us, was always just the house as you know. The development behind that you say was included in your appraisal, sold in excess of 800k and was handled by another agent.
That alone would make your valuation more confusing.
I did reach out to both offices with no further explanation.
I’ve now found an agent locally who meets my criteria so will end any more dialogue.... Read more
