I sold my property with Blackshaws and the experienced was great. Regular communication and a lot of viewings from the start. The team was always on hand during the process and once we’d found a buyer, the team kept of top of the various parties to ensure a quick completion, which only took a couple of months in the end. Fees were competitive as well. Overall, good experience and would recommend.

I would highly recommend this Company. Perry did an outstanding job with the photos of our property, resulting in a number of viewings as soon as it was advertised for sale. Throughout the sale of our property staff answered any questions we had and kept us informed throughout. Allison was amazing and very helpful every step of the way.

I had my vacant property listed with another estate agent for over five months, but had very few viewings, mostly negative feedback, and no offers. After switching to Blackshaws, things completely turned around — I had a surge of viewings, lots of genuine interest, and received a strong offer within about six weeks of them taking it on.
Allison was fantastic — she provided honest insights about potential buyers and kept the whole sales process moving. Even when delays came from the solicitors, she stayed on top of things and let me know when to chase them to keep everything progressing.
Blackshaws were transparent, proactive, and supportive every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Blackshaws we're absolutely amazing with selling my property.
I can’t thank them enough for all their help. From the very first meeting, they were kind, understanding, and completely professional. Perry took the time to explain everything, kept me updated every step of the way, and genuinely cared about getting the best result for me.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their support made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. I’m so grateful for their hard work and dedication, all the staff in the office were very helpful and went above and beyond for me.
I would defiantly reccomend Blackshaw to anyone looking to sell their home.
