This is a brilliant company. I recommend it very highly. Trying to sell a property that had tenants in it from 300 miles away and unable to visit is very stressful. Allison was marvellous. She held my hand mentally through all the problems and helped me solve them with advice and guidance. She updated me every week. She let me know about all the viewings. She maintained a good relationship with my tenants. In a difficult droppng property market she worked hard to get me a buyer then helped me through the buying process.
When Allison was on leave the ball was picked up immediately by Perry so there were no hold ups.
I recommend using this company's usual solicitor Dan from Tolhurst Fisher as Blackshaw has a good relationship with him which came in useful during a prolonged exchange and completion.
If you want gold standard service this is the company that will provide it.

prior to finding our perfect home, we viewed quite a few properties with blackshaw. they always got back to arrange a viewing and were more than happy to help work around our chaotic lives. other estate agents aren't as prompt which led to us finding the perfect home with blackshaw and i couldn't be happier with the experience!
we encountered issues (no one's fault) which delayed the purchase, but blackshaw helped push things forward and get the result we all wanted! big shout out to allison for reassuring and keeping everyone in the loop while we had difficulties. james at sales progression also helped push solicitors to speed things up.
really couldn't be happier with the service provided from viewing properties to collecting the keys! thank you

The bungalow, was very homely and I enjoyed my stay there for two weeks. The area was quiet. It had all the amenities i.e. washing machine, dishwasher etc. I
