I currently rent a flat with Brooks and I have found them to be the ideal letting agency. They have a small and friendly team who are always happy to help and take an interest in you. Aggie is my main point of contact and she has always been very quick to respond whenever an issue in the flat has needed to be addressed. She is very friendly and courteous as well. I have now just purchased a flat through Brooks and they made that process as stress-free as possible. Communication was quick and easy from viewing right up to exchange. Thank you also to Robert for making this purchase smooth and successful. I would definitely recommend Brooks to anyone renting or buying/selling. They are much nicer to deal with than any of the major property agencies.

I would like to say that Natalie is a wonderful person. Always very helpful and generally goes the extra mile to make your job more easy.
From the moment I started to work for Brookes estate agents she helped me settle in and feel very comfortable with whatever tasks would come up. She really is an asset to the company.
