We have just bought and sold simultaneously through Brooks and they worked miracles getting us to completion. Having sold our flat in Balham on its only viewing, in a shaky Brexit market, they kept our sale and purchase ticking along (even during some very testing moments), managing the chain’s expectations all the way. Rob, Emma and Katie were all a pleasure to deal with and it was a relief to have them at the end of the phone all the way through. They don’t fit into the usual estate agent mould - in a good way! Emma and Katie in particular must have the patience of saints given some of the challenges we came up against! We can’t recommend them more for buying or selling your property.

I had a really positive experience buying my first flat with Brooks estate agents. I found they had the highest quality properties for sale in the Streatham area and were very proactive in sharing relevant properties. Emma helped me find my place and was incredibly helpful, professional and diligent from start to finish. Once I had found a place she was great at getting things chased and making the process as stress free as possible!

Brooks really understand the local market and are very amenable, staying in contact, answering questions and helping put doubts into perspective. I had put my property on with a bigger agent, but their unrealistic asking price put people off. Brooks were much more pragmatic and ended up with the right result. I really recommend them.

We had a really horrendous experience dealing with Brooks whilst selling our flat. They are quite arrogant didn't have any interest in addressing our issues following a failed sale. Beyond the agent leaving our flat unsecured during viewings TWICE, we felt there was a total lack of supportive and useful communication. Instead we received inconsistent and at times bullish communication from Brooks when the negotiations were at a critical point. They failed to identify the sticking point for the buyer early enough in the process and couldn't negotiate a reasonable solution. We did not feel looked after by them and we would never use them again.
