Terrible experience with this agency. We asked in advance if there was any construction nearby and were told no. Upon arrival, there was major noisy construction preventing us from sleeping and enjoying the terrace. Additionally, several items in the contract were not respected. Once you pay, you hear nothing more. I do not recommend this agency.

I rented through Domus Nova at Sutherland Avenue and the experience after moving out has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>I have been waiting since October 2025 to receive back both my deposit and advanced rent, with no resolution despite countless emails and follow-ups. Communication has been slow, unclear and often completely ignored.<br><br>The situation became so serious that I had to instruct a lawyer to pursue the return of my money — something that should never be necessary for a simple tenancy refund in London.<br><br>It is very clear that Domus Nova operates as a landlord-oriented agency, with little regard for tenants once contracts end and money is owed back.<br><br>For an agency that markets itself as high-end and professional, this level of service is extremely poor.<br><br>I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through Domus Nova to be extremely cautious — especially regarding rental refunds.

Henry was amazing throughout the entire process! We moved from San Francisco to London and he made every step as seamless as possible, despite our challenging logistics and timeline. He found us many great flats and was super accommodating and responsive for our tours. We highly recommend Domus Nova and Henry to anyone moving to London for a short or long let!
