Then only star I will give is for Jacqui and Georgina. They were the only positive experience when working with Domas Nova. Georgia Hubbard was aggressive, rude, unprofessional and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention, our unit was moldy. We had to throw out 3+ pairs of designer shoes because mold grew on them in one of the rooms. I would never use this company again. Absolute nightmare.

The team has been fantastic, they have found me great tenants, and they have always been so professional, helpful and polite.

This was the latest of many property deals I have done using Domus Nova and the quality of service and the people they employ is why I keep coming back to them. Josh was fantastic through the whole process. He brought great buyers, always arrived promptly for viewings (or early to set up the flat if we were not home) and stayed in constant communication throughout the process before, during and after exchange and completion. I've had a very good experience working with Domus Nova for some years now and would recommend them as an estate agent. I own a property in Notting Hill which I have rented out via Domus Nova since 2016, and I have been consistently satisfied by their level of professionalism. I live in America and so working as a landlord from overseas can at points be a challenge, but Andrew and his team have been great in offering their assistance and informative guidance when it's been needed. As a whole the company is respectful toward their clients and aim for level of quality and efficiency when dealing with properties on and off the market.

I've been renting out a flat in London under Domus Nova for the past few years.
During my time I've had the pleasure of dealing with Tabitha Rendle, who is hands down the best agent I've dealt with as she's friendly and incredibly efficient. I generally feel with estate agents I'm being irritating bringing up any issues but no issue is too big or small with Tabitha, and it would never stay an issue for long under her watch. If I could move her to manage the next property I rent, I would! I would definitely give 5/5 stars here.
On the other hand, I did have some issues (with the agency, not with Tabitha) when originally moving in and replacing a single tenant of a two person household. While I recognise it is slightly more complex with tenancy agreements, I feel it could have been smoother, and I was given the ultimatum that I need to take responsibility for the previous tenant's damages despite not having any relationship with her. It is for this reason I'm giving my review 4 stars.

The level of commitment, and support we experienced at Domus Nova was not only outstanding, but also reassuring as we planned our move through the midst of a pandemic. Syrah, the letting negotiator assigned to the property, went above and beyond to help us with the entire process remotely. From giving us a virtual tour, to managing hurdles in the referencing process. There are very few letting negotiators out there who show the level of genuineness and level-headed attitude that Syrah displayed through our interactions. A lot of people would have dismissed our case and moved onto a less tedious one. This made the entire process of committing to a property without having the chance to visit it more than reassuring.

I had the pleasure of meeting Lucy Power at Domus Nova. Right from the word go, I found her to be incredibly insightful, pro active and an amazing communicator. She worked hard to accommodate many of my requests, while being patient and on top of it all.
I felt like I was working together in a team rather than in an organisation; so it felt far more personal. Lucy got things done, is an amazing negotiator but also fair and honest. I would highly recommend her and hope to work with her again.

Although, I've already left an overview about Domus Nova before; I just wanted to leave one more about the property management team and especially for Adriaan. He and his team is very responsive and assisting us as if it's their house. He sits on the perfect balance between the tenant and the landlord. He acts fairly and gives just decisions. As realtors they are great, as property managers they are the worst I have ever had. They don't reply to emails and don't take any responsibility for their job. I have been waiting to get an extra set of keys for a month and a half and also to hear back on when repairs will be done. Not only do they not get things done but they are rude. They have no idea of what customer service is.

Domus are a small team of brilliant people were successful in renting my apartment within a short space of time. The tenenat couldn’t be better. The service that Domus provide is very personal and effective. There is a lot of regulation and admin that is now needed to get flats rented. Domus were very helpful with everything. I use Domus Nova exclusivley for all my rentals for many years. They always manage to get me tenants who really work out. I have not had a bad tenant through them and they walk me through the endless paperwork necessary to remain legally compliant. The regulations change continually and there is no way I could keep up on my own. They also manage to find me tenants on time so I have virtually no voids. Charming to deal with and go the extra mile

Terrible agency, avoid!!! Their sales staff are very nice, but their property management staff are very rude and try to squeeze every pound from you. Also breaks in the flat without any notice. Unacceptable, avoid at all cost!!!

Terrible agency - ask huge sums of money but whenever a problem arises they 'apologize for not being able to help as we are merely an intermediate and do not manage the property'.
They do however feel very comfortable leaving you with no hot water for 2 weeks, extracting a 1000 pounds "costs" from your 2000 pounds deposit reasoning 'light bulb no longer working, light use dishwasher, white cotton sheet missing'.
Do not be mistaken they'll come up with all sorts of extra costs they did not mention beforehand. On top of that they held on to my deposit for over 2 months. I left the property on the 1st of May but I only got my deposit back today! Again they were twisting and turning, pointing in all directions: 'it's DPC who should return' 'it's the home property owner who should return', 'it's the landlord who should return'. It's never Domus Nova rest assured!
It took me over 8 phone calls, 12 emails and threatening to contact the property ombudsman before they finally returned it.
I only dared writing a negative review today as I feared not getting back my money at all.
Domus Nova works together with Homemade Properties who supposedly manage the property. In reality they are an equal useless bunch of non-communicators giving ample opportunity to point fingers to the other team whenever you'll have a question.
Whenever you see the name Domus Nova or Homemade Properties come up - steer clear!
These agencies are shining examples of why we do not (and should not) trust property and estate agents. These people are the lowest lifeforms imaginable. No pride, no principles, just greed.
