It is a nightmare to deal with this estate agent. I live next to a rented house managing by this estate agent. I first reported that the boarder fencing between my house and next door needed to repair/ replace on 3rd March 2022. EIGHTEEN months later, I am still waiting for it to be fixed. Every time I went there to inquire, I was told it was on their books. Last time I visited on 13th July, I was even told that the landlord had released the money for repairing and its contractor was coming next week. Yet, three weeks later absolutely nothing has happened.
I understand this Summer the weather has not been good, but it was not rainy everyday. There was no storm in July. The ladies in this office were always nice and polite, but they appeared simply unable to deliver their promises. I am in despair.

By the way, on 13 July I was specifically told by a lady at Gates that the owner of the property had authorized the payment for the boundary fence panel, why did it took more than 50 days to have the gentleman came and installed it rather than the following week as promised? Ms. Wardle of Barnsley Council could prove my point as she was informed of the same thing two days earlier on 11th July. Surely I have never been told that the owner of the property intended to have someone else to repair the fence panel.... Read more
