What started off as a bit of a rocky relationship actually ended with me being an incredibly satisfied customer. David Mitchell, Sarah Pine and Jack O’Shea are 3 shining examples of what incredible customer service, dedication and professionalism looks like. They were always there to answer my questions during the letting period of my flat and then for the eventual sale. David was on hand to help with any difficult enquiries and problems while I was renting the flat out, giving sound, no nonsense advice and guidance. Sarah and Jack were leading on the sale of the same property and were just incredible with their updates; keeping me informed every step of the way and acting in the way I wish my solicitor would have, chasing things down and ensuring the process kept moving forward. All in all I would like to thank the team at Goodfellows for everything they have done for me over the last 4 years and wish them nothing but success for the future. In case it wasn’t obvious, I cannot recommend these guys highly enouhg and If you are thinking of buying or letting in the area, these are the people you want to speak to!!

Sold a property thru Goodfellows as Executor of a Will. Once sale complete the Lettings department consistently and regularly phoned to gain business to let out the property sold. Explained the first few times their mistake but the calls simply don't stop. The insensitive Lettings Manager is determined to get me to somehow give permission to advertise deceased relative property. Would not trust Goodfellows with any property management if they can't get the basics right even when corrected. The female Lettings Manager would not accept any responsibility for their failure of calling me when told categorical not too, but also the crass response from the branch in relation to my past relative.
