Great! Omar has been amazing and always available. Omar and premier property lawyers solicitors worked well together and completed the exchange of contracts in little over than 2 months. This was was non chain free property so normally it would take even longer than usual. Thank you Omar and thank you Goodfellows, you have been so amazing.

Having used Goodfellows Carshalton Beeches to manage my rental property over many years, selling my property through them was an easy decision. The team at Goodfellows worked really well to manage the end of the rental with the marketing of the property for sale. Joel was well-informed and realistic about likely sale to completion timings and Goodfellows marketed and generated interest for viewings of the property quickly.<br><br>When one part of the chain wasn't able to continue Joel kept me informed and updated, liasing with all parties in the chain which made the process as stress-free as possible. Thankfully this didn't cause much of a delay for the overall completion.<br><br>I was very pleased with the service at Goodfellows for both lettings and sales of the property and would recommend using them.

Just amazing. I called up at the 11th hour to view a property (which I’m not condoning btw) and Goodfellows were really happy to accommodate a property viewing. The agent Debbie was really patient, friendly, not pushy at all and very supportive around any questions. I fell in love with the property and the rest in history. I am really happy that my property journey was with Goodfellows who have brilliant and responsive agents.

We have found all the staff were dealt with very courteous, professional and responsive at all times and especially helpful and understanding of our situation, being in the older age bracket and not having sold out bought a house before!
