This is our first experience of dealing with an agent for rental properties and have had very mixed support from other agents. We have been dealing with Robbie McKenzie at Carshalton Beeches office and she has been really friendly, helpful and informative; she always replies to our emails and keeps us updated by phone or email, as appropriate. Moving into a one bedroom flat in two day's time and delighted with the service of this office.

I have had positive experiences with Robbie in the past but we had never met in person until I went on a viewing with her a few days ago. She was just as lovely in person as she was on the phone. She was knowledgeable about the property and its owners, we didn’t feel rushed, she wasn’t pushy and she gave us space to talk and discuss how to move forward. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend her.

Goodfellows helped us find a really lovely property for my fiance and I to rent that was within our budget and close to the area we were looking for. The whole process was swift and they were very helpful every step of the way.
Their employees, Sabrina Kherouf and Paula Rose-Lewis were very helpful and kind and attentive throughout the whole thing, greatly recommend it!

Had a great experience from the whole team at Goodfellows. Chloe who showed us the property was fantastic and made us feel very comfortable and ensued confidence in the transaction process!
