The agent was very nice in person, but took four days to email us about a property we viewed and the main part of the email was him asking us to leave a 5-star Google review of him so he could win a competition. I wouldn't trust any 5-star reviews where they namedrop a member of staff. Not very professional.

We recently moved into our new rental with the help of Goodfellows. We received excellent help from Georjia Richefond and Sabrina Kherouf. They always kept us updated, and replied to any queries and concerns quickly. We couldn’t be more thankful to Robbie with the Carshalton for all her help during our search for a new home. She made the whole experience feel much easier from day one, always taking the time to listen, understand what we needed, and respond quickly whenever we had a question. Robbie was incredibly proactive and went out of her way to make things happen, from organising viewings around our availability to sharing advice and guidance that was genuinely useful throughout the process. Dealing with Kerry and her very efficient team was a pleasure. I feel they got a very good deal on our property which was at the asking price. Communication and liaison with me, the buyers and the solicitors was excellent. I would highly recommend Goodfellows, Stonecot Hill.

Unfortunately we did not sell our house and have now relisted elsewhere.We only had one viewing .Goodfellows as a team were good and not their fault my house did not sell .
However ,my real issue was lack of communication .
A once a week call to tell us no viewings booked was not helpful and strategies should have been recommended /discussed .
The photos of house were great mind you !
