We spoke to a number of Mitcham based estate agents and after meeting with Omar decided to go with Goodfellows. We were particularly impressed with his in-depth knowledge of the local market (backed up by examples) and general likability. The property was priced sensibly and marketed professionally, leading to plenty of interest and a selling price close to the asking price and a reasonably quick sale. We were kept well informed of progress throughout the conveyancing process and were left very satisfied with the service received by Omar and the team at Goodfellows.
