My husband and I put an offer on a house back in February... It has been a rocky ride due to the circumstances but Sam Bedford was wonderful from the beginning to the end of the process! She made sure we knew where we stood and communicated with us and the seller regularly. She was great!!! I highly recommend goodfellows. We were selling and buying through Goodfellows and I can honestly say that we had the most efficient and professional service from them. I was mostly dealing with Rosie at the beginning and also Sam, and then with Ann, who was super fast to respond to any queries we had etc.. Great agency. Highly recommended.

Sam was fantastic to deal with when buying my flat. She was honest, fair, never pushy and always keen to help. Even when the sale of my previous property was difficult she was helpful, understanding and good at passing messages on to the sellers. Absolute pleasure to work with. A pretty troublesome transaction with an exceptionally rude buyer. However Sam and the team at Goodfellows were fantastic at keeping cool calm and collected to produce the exchange that we all needed. Sam has been fantastic since then helping out with a couple of post completion niggles which have been handled fantasticly.

Sam knew exactly what we wanted and helped us to (quickly!) find our first home, which we absolutely fell in love with.
