It is a very disappointing as the agent confirmed us on early June that the probate legal works was granted back in March of this year, it means all documents are done. Unfortunately we don’t know why the seller’s solicitor needed around a month to sent us the draft contract. During this time we call and email the agent to clarify what’s happened but we always can’t find her or slow get back from her. And when we were started the legal process then the title guarantee and information provided by the seller is very limited and many things needs us surveying by our self. And the agent is always slow in reverting back to us. About two weeks after receiving the draft contract, the agent called me to urge our lawyer to respond to the seller’s lawyer as soon as possible, otherwise they would put the house back on the market. She is unreasonable and unprofessional. All in all, that’s are very uncomfortable with us, a bad experience.... Read more
