I picked them out of three estate agents who all gave different valuations.
Goodfellows gave me the highest but justifiably the best valuation and backed it up with sales that they had made in the same vicinity.
They were always there at the end of the phone and acted always in my best interests.

It is a very disappointing as the agent confirmed us on early June that the probate legal works was granted back in March of this year, it means all documents are done. Unfortunately we don’t know why the seller’s solicitor needed around a month to sent us the draft contract. During this time we call and email the agent to clarify what’s happened but we always can’t find her or slow get back from her. And when we were started the legal process then the title guarantee and information provided by the seller is very limited and many things needs us surveying by our self. And the agent is always slow in reverting back to us. About two weeks after receiving the draft contract, the agent called me to urge our lawyer to respond to the seller’s lawyer as soon as possible, otherwise they would put the house back on the market. She is unreasonable and unprofessional. All in all, that’s are very uncomfortable with us, a bad experience.

Very disappointing as they failed to sell our property over a 2 mth period. Open house on 17th Sept, one of the agents left our dining room lights on. As we were away over the weekend, the lights were burning all weekend and the curtains open so everyone walking past could see into the property. When we got back on the Monday, saw the lights on & one of the bulbs had blown.
Lack of communication as couldn't get to speak to any of the agents when we rang, told we'd be called back asap which ended up 4 hrs plus sometimes. Emails not replied to, received 1 automated reply. Elle needs to brush up on her punctuality as viewers turned up before her on a few occasions. We found the majority of viewers were time wasters, some wouldn't even turn up, others kept messing us about. All in all, a bad experience.

So we are living in a old property in sutton and the place is falling apart being so old and every single time we complain about it they bill us for the repair. We moved into this house in the middle of the pandemic and they agent told us that the place has all electronic appliance although most of it wasn't working like the drier, chimney, oven,heater...etc after we moved in they asked us to replace to which we said no. Recently I got locked in the bathroom on a Sunday night because of the cheap lock they use(the person who came to fix it said it costs 99p and he had replaced the same for good fellows 2 times the same week) we tried calling their emergency number they didn't respond after waiting for long my husband had to force open the door. Now Goodfellows are asking us to pay 100 GBP for the repair although the lock was very old and had rusted which caused the entire incident and we are being blamed for not calling the locksmith. Without any consideration of the lock being so OLD and the incident happened on SUNDAY NIGHT and they failed to answer the call. Worst experience ever. I wish i could give zero stars.

From the moment that I met Sam Bedford, right up until the completion date, she worked tirelessly to sell my home. Her valuation was was £130K more than that of another estate agent, and she managed to sell the house for a price way beyond anything I could have hoped for. There were many challenges along the way for Sam and her team, but they all remained positive, determined, patient and professional at all times. I was kept up to date at every point along the way, and the team were always available to answer any questions that I had. Selling a house can be very stressful, and the Goodfellows team were full of encouragement. They really know their stuff, and gave me loads of really helpful advice along the way. They are such a dedicated, hardworking team. They kept any stress for me to an absolute minimum, and just took care of everything for me.
What really stood out to me, was Sam's sincerity and honesty. I felt instinctively that I could trust her completely, and that she had my best interests at heart, and her actions have proved my instincts correct. I had to experience this for myself, or else I would never have believed that such outstanding service was possible. I cannot imagine ever using an estate agent other than Sam in the future. What can I say. Exchanged on a house in 3 weeks! Omar showed me the property and then Ellie took over the reigns and progressed the sale through to exhange about 30 mins ago. I am a very difficlut client but she handled me with finesse and at no stage did you even let her gaurd slip to vent some anger in my direction. Stirling work. I feel like most Estate Agents just care about the seller as they are the ones who are bringing in the money but I didn't feel this was the case with Goddfellows. the team was very much on top of the purchase every step of the way and if I ever have to sell my house one day I shall be using Goodfellows - very professional throughout.

So today we completed on the sale of our family home of 50 years of my late parents in the Lower morden area. Goodfellows led by Branch Manager Ann Dickman are simply amazing. They were recommended to us by a friend and neighbour and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone as a result of this sale. If only all estate agents were like this branch. Always helpful, always chasing solicitors for updates and never too much trouble in doing so. An excellent friendly & professional service from Goodfellows, Stonecot Hill. We bought our new home through the Stonecot Hill branch & dealt with Rosie & Ann who were very polite, helpful & professional. We viewed the property twice with Rosie who was lovely. We didn't feel rushed or pressurised & she was genuinely pleased for us when our offer was accepted & we then completed. Any queries we had about the property she looked into straight away.

Viewed property which we loved with Jodie she was great very professional yet friendly and down to earth, provided local info in schools shops etc. I would definitely use this branch if selling my property in their area and would request Jodie, Ann the manager was also helpful and professional.
On the other hand I would avoid goodfellows in Carshalton Beeches which was my local branch tried to list my property to sell with them after taking the pictures heard nothing for ages had to chase and was told they were busy! I got them impression they focus on the high value properties at the expense of properties below 500,000. In the end gave up and went to another agent who listed and had viewings lined up with 24 hours.

Having met Jodie Chamberlain when she first came to value my mum's house, I was at once impressed by her friendly, professional manner. She gave excellent advice, confirming whether I should decorate and re-carpet the house. She stayed in touch with me until I was able to say the house was finally ready to market. Having signed the paperwork last Wednesday afternoon, she kept me informed at every step of the preparation until house went on the market Friday. By today we had an acceptable offer, from buyers who were in a position to proceed quickly. She had already lined up many more viewings and it hadn't even gone live on the internet yet, so I'm confident we could have sold it several times over. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had viewings with Jodie today, she provided us local informations around this area, it was really a big help as we're totally new to this town. The weather wasn't good at all (heavy wind and raining), she took us to each property and dropped us off to the station. Without her, we would be soaked in this weather. I'd 100% recommend Jodie! E
