Johnathan and his team are without peer….Johnathan valued our home, prepared the marketing particulars (brilliant in themselves) and the team stepped up to the plate. Mel, in particular stands out, but others in the team were lovely and professional to deal with. We had never realised just what value the “Sold Subject to Contract” support an Estate Agent provides….they are in constant contact, chasing loose ends, talking to everyone involved throughout the chain, and keeping their fingers on the pulse!
