Half way through the process the agent stopped communicating. I was advised they had gone into administration, but they then tried to arrange another viewing. Avoid at all costs.

We went with Hart & Co over the many other agencies that gave us a valuation for our flat because David struck as an informed, sensible and trustworthy person. It was the best decision we made during the sale of our flat and we would go with David and Hart & Co in a "hart"beat.

Worst experience ever.. moved in a flat with 5month baby. After 3 month living got a call from agent that they want to book a viewing for a flat… find out that flat is for Sell, no one said anything before signing contract that flat is for sale and maybe it can be sold soon… so agency started doing viewings. And the best thing we’re sleeping in the morning and agent just unlocked a door and came into flat without any call before nothing. Is that normal??? Bought all furnitures everything and now again have to look for a new flat… that’s how they work…

I have had a pleasant experience with Hart & Co overall. Mohammad helped us from start to finish with renting the property and responded to any queries very clearly and efficiently. He has been very friendly both over the phone and in person. Him and Anne were very accommodating when we had issues with referencing and were patient with all my questions as I had a lot! There have been moments where I have had to ring a couple of times to chase up on queries but they have always been able to help us out. I’d recommend Mohammad, Anne and the company in general for any tenants wanting to rent.
