Represent secure home buyers who's practice includes the following:
Refusal to secure the property
Refusal to pay for maintenance issues until it was proven to be existing
Property was full of builders rubbish when I moved in, I was expected to remove it
The key upon starting tenancy was under a stone for me to collect
Threatened with eviction when rent increase was negotiated down
Refusal to return deposit until I had evidenced I had paid bills
If that's your kind of landlord and your kind of estate agent. These are your people!

I would highly recommend the hive to anyone thinking about selling there home
They go above and beyond to help you.
One lady in particular “Rachael” she was amazing and really went the extra mile.
All the lady’s are friendly and helpful and I would always recommend them to friends and family if there where ever looking for a really good estate agents.
