I am a student, and last year I chose Hive estates as mine and my friend’s estate agent, and it was one of the worst choices we’ve ever made.
Due to no fault of their own, our boiler broke during October, however it took over 2 months for them to fix it (during Winter). The delay for someone to come out to assess the situation then fix it was unacceptable, so was the fact they provided only 2 small unit heaters for a house of 5. Every time we tried to voice our concerns we felt like we weren’t taken seriously and when we asked for our money back from the months that we had no heating or hot water, they said it wasn’t their problem.
Would not recommend after this experience.

We had an outstanding experience with Hive Estates, both in selling our property and purchasing our new home. From the initial valuation to the final completion, the agents were exceptional.
