We came to Morriss and Mennie after trying to sell with 2 other agents, neither of which gave it clear focus or actively pushed for buyers. M&M were far more professional and honest, although it did mean we settled for a lower price than hoped to get a sale in what was quite a depressed market. They were very efficient in taking us through the process without any hiccups. I would use them again if selling in the area.

I chose Morris and Mennie as they were top of GetAgents list, and their commission was competitive.
Two neighbours had said this agent had a reputation for selling cheap and fast. This was a huge positive and was exactly what we required.
The agent did all the usual things you'd expect an agent to do to market the property. Nothing outstanding and nothing bad.
I must commend the agent for there not being any no shows. Every single one of the 26 viewers turned up.
I would recommend Morris and Mennie. They were professional and efficient.
