"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket"
Review:
Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time.
Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so.
A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute.
Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

We had a great experience selling our property with Paul O’Shay, an independent estate agent that truly stands out. From start to finish, Paul and Jack provided a personable and professional service that made all the difference.
They managed expectations clearly and fairly from both sides, which helped the whole process run smoothly. The property was sold following the initial open house viewings they organised, and they took the time to vet each potential buyer—this made it much easier for us to choose the right person to move forward with.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their communication throughout was excellent. Paul and Jack are genuinely lovely guys to deal with, and their personal approach really sets them apart.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property with a team that truly cares.
